Needed a no frills place near to relatives for four nights. The Park is a clean condo hotel with the normal condo facilities (coin op laundry and water vending machine) daily maid service with bottled water, towels, toilet rolls and shampoo/shower gel. 7-11

Excellent apartment”
Given the short notice from the airline that our flight was delayed, I called the owner to request for a late check-out. Owner was kind and considered. Offered us a nominal rate for our extension of stay. We will definitely return back to this apartment if we are here for holiday again.

Room was comfortable, location is easily accessible to food stalls (breakfast, lunch, dinner), 7-11 and night bazaar market/shopping mall -Westgate Central (approximately 15mins travelling by songthaew a.k.a passenger vehicle)

Le lendemain oubli de nettoyage... le sur lendemain, chambre nettoyée...mais oubli de fermer le robinet...résultat: grosse inondation, changement de chambre. Un autre jour...oubli de nettoyage et trop tard pour le faire... Je passe les serviettes propres...plus ou moins blanche... Ah oui ...j'ai oublié...le vol d'un habit de ma compagne...non récupéré... 8 jours...que je ne renouvèlerai pas...

สวัสดีคะ ปกติลูกค้าตำนิเราไม่เคยตอบโต้ น้อมรับคำติและนำไปปรับปรุง แต่ลูกค้าท่านนี้เขียนว่า พนักงานขโมยชุดนอนเขาไป รู้สึกแย่ที่ลูกค้าไม่มีหลักฐาน แล้วมาเขียนลงอโกด้าในเรื่องที่ไม่จริง และเขียนเป็นภาษาที่เราอ่านไม่ออก ทั้งที่ลูกค้าเป็นคนลาว พูดภาษาไทยกับเรา แต่มาเขียนว่าเป็นภาษาฝรั่งเศษ แกล้งให้คะแนนต่ำ ลูกค้าแจ้งว่าชุดนอนหาย ทางรร. ช่วยหาให้ถึง 2วัน แล้ว พนักงานไม่มีใครเอาไปแน่นอนคะ ไม่มีใครอยากได้ ของมีค่าของลูกค้า ร.ร.เก็บให้ทุกชิ้น ถ้ารร. แย่ ไม่ดีทำไมลูกค้าไม่ย้ายไปที่อื่น จองมา 1 คืน แต่พักต่อ จองต่อ วันรุ่งขึ้นก็จองต่อ ว่าทุกวัน แต่ก็จองต่อ สรุปอยู่ 8 คืน คำพูดกับพฤติกรรม ขัดแย้งกันไหมคะ? ลูกค้าท่านนี้ มาพักที่นี่หลายครั้ง นี่ไม่ใช่ครั้งแรก เป็นการกลับเข้ามาพักซ้ำ ถ้ารร.นี้แย่มากขนาดนี้ ไม่ทราบว่ากลับมาพักทำไมคะ มีวันนึงที่แม่บ้านลืมปิดน้ำ เขาไม่ได้ตั้งใจ เขาบอกว่าอาจเดินไปชนก๊อกทำให้น้ำไหลนองทั่ว ( เราขอโทษ เปลี่ยนห้องให้ทันที) ทุกวันจะต้องมาต่อว่าไม่ให้อภัย จนท.ทุกคนในรร.โดนว่าหมด จนพนักงานกลัวมากคะ แต่ลูกค้าก้ยังต่อห้องพักต่อๆ ไม่เช็คเอ้าท์ พัก8 คืนย้าย3ห้อง

Ich müsste die angebotenen Leistungen verlangen: Raumreinigung jeden Tag, Warmwasserboiler für Tea. 4. Rack für Badetuch im Badezimmer komplett verrostet. 5. Moskito im Lobby des Erdgeschosses. 6. Lage ist ausserhalb der Stadtgrenze von Bangkok.
