Only use if you want a budget hotel”
On the outside the hotel is absoultey beautiful and the same with the reception area. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The main let down is the room. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable to the point I think a bed of nails would have been more comfy. The mattress was very used the springs must have been squashed down, no bounce to the mattress at all you sit on the bed and just feel the divan bed base. You could see the mattress would be uncomfortable before sitting on it as it dipped in majorly on either side of the mattress, it needs to be theown away and a new one bought. Duvet was very thin almost like a summer duvet but it is currently winter so it was freezing. The window let alot of cold air in even though it was closed shut so had to keep the curtain closed the whole time we were there. Also the plug inside the sink was jammed in so when we washed our hands the water would not drain and just kept it all in there. Was medicore at best for the 1 night we needed, but wouldn't stay again or recommend to anybody else. However the staff are fantastic and are definitely what make the hotel that bit better.

Excellent hotel, will not book anywhere else in future. All staff are very efficient and friendly. Food was fantastic and a good price. Parking facilities excellent. Would recommend to all my friends and family. Definitely stay again!

We arrived just for one night to visit relatives. We were out for most of the day and came back for tea fairly tired( We are both pensioners). We ordered tortillas which, although ok didn't deserve the price of £6.50 each including some chips. Unfortunately the people alongside us were extremely drunk, glasses being smashed and choice language. We retired fairly early and that's when the extremely loud music started on an event which we were directly above. Needless to say we didn't actually get to sleep till after 1 am it was awful. We will definitely not be coming here again. It's not a place where you could have a nice evening.

Got an executive room thinking it would be better than the standard room. Very basic. Furniture was worn and bed was uncomfortable. Ordered room service on first night which was inedible. Went to restaurant on second night and service was shocking. Five of us dining and two of us got our meals first while the other two meals came 20mins later and one meal was completely forgotten about. That came about 45 mins after the first meals were received. Asked waitress if they had Sprite. Response was a flat No. Asked if they had 7up. No…. We had to ask if they had lemonade in the end … Would of raised all this upon check out but only member of staff available was a cleaner
