Great Little Hotel”
Lovely hotel and staff walking distance to local bars and cafe. River bars are super cool. Down side, breakfast, cold sausage cold ham, cold mushroom, roomy error as they were in warmers. Obviously out in there before heated up. Poor effort.

Good location and delicious breakfast”
The hotel locate not far from city centre in a quiet area. A room is clean and full necessary amenities. The backyard is really good for relaxation. The best thing at this hotel is breakfast. Even, it isn't an expensive dishes but it daily middle Thai dishes are delicious.

Nice concept but drains stink”
The first thing I smelled once I opened the door was the drains. It’s almost unbearable when I used the bathroom. The design of the bathroom floor could cause some slipping and tripping accidents. On the bright side, The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I was unlucky to have a group of family with children stayed in the same building. They were so loud in the hallway and one of the boys knocked on my door 2 times. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault; I am not rating the hotel based on this incident. I just want to give you all a heads up that the noise from the hallway could be excessively loud as there were closed glass doors at both ends.

Old hotel, Good location”
The hotel stand in the center of Phitsanulok, it’s easy to go anywhere. Breakfast is good, not much but not bad. The room cleanliness is the weak point, there were mosquito in the room and the air-conditioning is not cool as it could.

Clean, simple and convenient”
Was a refreshing discovery after staying in some rather dull, old fashioned hotels. The breakfast is pretty good, however it seems to vary on the day of the week. Being a Monday during my last visit the fruit selection was rather meager, the hot water for the coffee was luke warm, no cheese selection this time... however, once the staff was aware of it they where eager to rectify most of it...

Mothballed hotel”
Mothballed hotel. We were clearly the first guests since before pandemic. Jumped in shower, muddy water and sediment covered me. (clearly water sediment) would have expected the air conditioning (smelly stagnant) and water to have been run prior to our visit. Also no hot water. Bed was clean and comfortable. That being said, once this hotel regains momentum it'll be a great value choice for anyone wanting to stay in a brilliant location. Many independent bars and restaurants within walking distance (30m!) Optional night life at the weekend, but quiet.

Value accommodation in the heart of Phitsanulok”
Clean and newly renovated room with comfortable bed and view of the garden but the bathroom is smelly and could use some air freshener. Nice restaurant with a street view and ok breakfast. There is an Amazon cafe in the property as well. Staff in the restaurant are very accommodating but other staff could improve a bit. Smiling goes a long way.

Room is nice, clean, and new. Bathroom is kinda dorm style, not so good. Overall, hotel is quite peaceful with trees and design. Breakfast is very good. Location is like 5 min to city center.

Would not recommend ”
The hotel itself isn’t bad, rooms are decent, staff ok and location good but there is an underlying foul smell in the bathrooms. We had to move rooms twice because of the stench in the bathroom. The last room we were given still smelt bad and my wife was unable to use the toilet.
