Getting Better Every Visit”
I've stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during my recent trip to Yogyakarta. The receptionist on duty was attentive to my queries. I arrived at the hotel at around 1000hrs and the room was ready in less than half an hour [checking in time was supposed to be at 1400hrs ]. My room is located on the third floor facing the main road [The Mangkubumi Suit - Room 301]. The room is spacious and all the amenities work well. I loved the generous breakfast spread at the restaurant which offers Asian and Western cuisines. There are few local food stations, a jamu stall and the guests were entertained by the soothing sound of gamelan. I came across a travel trunk at the hotel lobby and love the stickers pasted on it. I was thrilled and delighted when the receptionist gave me few stickers for free. That was really awesome. This was my third time staying in this hotel and I will definitely come back here again. The service was simply awesome!

This hotel is one of a kind. Its value for money, the location is great, the ambiance is superb, the food are all delicious with many variety breakfast dishes. The service from all their staff are so pleasantly welcome. They serve not only with smiling face and gesture but you will also feel so welcomed here. They serve and work with heart. The room is great. We had one with pool view. Although it is not a new hotel, they maintain the cleanliness. the breakfast spread is great. Staff are very friendly and attentive! We'd like to return to stay.

Hotel was so clean and well taken care.. the floor is shiny.. all the staff were so nice and quick response.. they even gave us complete information the history of the hotel.. will stay when we’re back to Jogja..

Very nice staff, delicious welcome drink. The travel agency in the hotel provides excellent guides for Borobudur and Prambanan. The breakfast is a delicious experience!

Read many good reviews of this hotel and indeed it was an amazing stay. The hotel was wonderful in terms of the architecture and stained glass, the hallways, grand staircase and waiting room were grand and beautiful. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Courtyard was nice with the fountain. Only downside is that the room was not sound proof well so you could hear everything happening outside and the next room. The beds require refurbishment as well but for the price and given that its a heritage hotel it was an amazing stay.

whenever I come to Yogyakarta, this is the only one accommodation for me. Facility is old but so nice in detail and kept in clean. I don't feel any inconvenience in this old facility. And always looking forward to have spa massage in the room. This time I couldn't have for full booking one night, so I decided to have reservation every time I stay.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful heritage hotel for our short trip. It was located near a few cafes and a short drive away from some of the city's attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were welcomed with drinks and local snacks when we checked in. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of selection to choose from. The restaurant also had live bands performing on the nights that we were staying there, which was fun to listen to. Overall, it was a very nice environment to stay in.

Loved this hotel, the architecture and appointments. Staff were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was great however it faced towards a busy road 50 metres away and overlooked a noisy live music venue. Would have asked for a room change if we were staying longer.
