Full of food”
The hotel itself very well located in pasific place mall, but we barely out of the hotel because all we need already provided by the hotel. It's clean, spacious room n bathroom, staff is very polite and helpfull, food is good, we got all bfast, lunch and dinner package, so we never got hungry. Kids like it. The pool is OK, we only stay for one night, will be back again someday for sure. Worth the price, very good...

Best hotel ever”
My wife and I stayed at the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place from the date 12-15 May 2021. The bedroom is large and homey. Thank you to Kiki and Angel for decorating our room and giving us a cake and wedding anniversary greeting card. All staff at the Club Lounge are friendly and helpful, including the Director of the Club Lounge is very friendly and low profile (helps clear table).

I was actually quite shocked to see the room decor. It reminded me of hotels in the 80s. Very brown everything with dim lighting. With its price, I wasn’t expecting the rooms to look this depressing. Very clean, though. I guess its pricey because of the club lounge access. The food is really good and the staff very friendly.
