Beautiful rooms and cute puppies ❤”
Room was large and nicely decorated, we were upgraded when we arrived which was nice so we ended up with a private bathroom. The room and hostel were clean and the staff were lovely! We were invited to eat lunch with them one afternoon which was really nice. They have 2 little puppies there as well that are so cute and love a fuss. That accom is only a 10-15 minute walk from the old town but they also have their own bar and restaurant at the hostel, we didn't get a chance to eat there but the menu looked good and well priced. Only con is the rooms having gaps in the windows where mosquitos get in, but they do provide a mosquito net just be sure to bring bug spray as I did end up with a lot of bites. But not unexpected! Over all it was a great stay and I would highly recommend

Amazing stay ”
I stayed in the Hoi An villa for two nights in the double room and I had a fantastic experience! The room was cosy and clean and facing the garden. The staff in the reception is very friendly and helpful and also the food in the kitchen is delicious. I was afraid in the beginning that the room would have been a bit noisy since it is quite close to the dining area but it was very silent and quite since no one was staying after 10 pm. Very good experience.’

Interesting experience ”
I arrived in Hoi An and checked into Hoi An Villa and it started raining that the room was flooded.. well almost half of the old town was flooded...the owner moved us to another place near the beach...so,only stayed one night in the villa...nonetheless,the staffs especially Fabio really made an effort to make us feel at ease!He helped me search for my missing laundry..he found it...Thank you Fabio!Anyways, the villa is very near to the old town....and with a bicycle u can reach it faster...

Great location and quite easy to socialise”
Pretty nice place with a garden with a restaurant/chilling area for food, drinks and socialising. The staff were great and helpful. The bed was so so but hey, for the cheap price and no bed bugs in sight, I'm happy! The location of the hostel is ideal as it's only 10 mins walk to the old UNESCO quarter. Definitely would stay at this place again when I'm back in Hoi An.

This was the 2nd time i stayed at the hoi an villa. Everything was so ok to me. The location is so easy for traveler discovering walking street and neighbor areas. Especially their staffs are so friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help me whenever i need. The bar space is so perfect for reading or talking with other ppl. I wish they can have a public computer, it is gonna be great for traveler like me can check necessary information.

Great location - 10min walk to old town”
I stayed here for 3 nights and had a great stay. Very close to the Old Town and it’s attractions, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax. The staff was amazing, particularly Jake/Jacob who made you feel very welcome and helped with anything you needed. Only downside for me was the showers (cold water and not cold pressure) plus they have a night club a few nights a week which isn’t my scene, however I managed to sleep through it despite the initial noise. Would recommend! Oh and the food is great!

We had a wonderful experience in the Hoi An Villa. Very friendly and helpful staff, very close to the beautiful parts of Hoi An and possibilities to rent a bike to go to the nice beaches. Also the city was very nice, especially along the river, with very friendly people and good food.

The hoi an Villa is great value for money. The bar/restaurant is a great place to sit at night and the free breakfast is fantastic. The front of the property is a little loud so ask for a room at the back if noise easily disrupts your sleep.

perfect location/breakfast but unclean sheets”
Location of hostel is very close to Japanese bridge old town. Pretty hostel with spacious hangout area/lawn. Helpful staffs & breakfast is best n huge. Very good food menu at economical price. Tickets to next destination is higher compared to ofz's in old town. Only downside is they don't change bed sheet or blankets for any bed. My first offerred dorm was so dusty & had hairs. when asked to change sheets they changed my bed. I didn't see them change any sheets after checkout.

Dorms are cool & quiet. Private rooms are well appointed with art and amenities. Lana is an excellent host. Very close to Old Town, but quietly tucked away from the bustle. Very cool!

Great for Everyone”
The lounge area was a very welcoming, relaxing place to chill and meet new people or play a game of pool. I like that the bathroom and shower facilities were in a common area not right next to the dorm. Right by downtown hoi an it had the perfect mix of fun and peacefulness.

Walking distance to old town. Clean dorm. I booked for mixed room but they changed to female 4-people dorm for free, it was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. They helped me when i lost my phone. Good value for the money.

Enjoy the atmosphere.. the restaurant serves great food and staff is very friendly. They made an effort to recommend good tours and book my transport to Da Nang. The dorm is ok, but was mostly impressed with the outdoor restaurant with lots of trees. Very relaxing and quiet atmosphere.

+ Great location, really good breakfast, good laundry, free beer in the evening. Cheapest hostel in Hoi An with breakfast and good location. - Humidity in room is very high, even bedsheet feels wet. No towel. Don't change bedsheet for new guest, so you sleep on dirty one. Shower only outside, not comfortable at winter.

A very relaxed, pleasant place to stay. Location is about a 10 minute walk to the centre of town, in a quiet side street, so the area is peaceful at night meaning you can get a good night's sleep. The communal area is great, with lots of comfortable seating, meaning you can chill and chat to the other guests. Staff were very friendly, always smiling and happy to help with anything. Breakfast service can be a little slow sometimes and coffee is not included. I don't mind paying for coffee but it needs to be made clearer that it is not included with the free breakfast. I was surprised when I had a bill for this at the end of my stay. Showers are outside, which is fine for the summer, but in the winter the evenings can get a little cold. The water is warm at best. The lack of lockers is something which worried me as it meant I had nowhere to safely store my valuables. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying again, particularly if lockers are made available.

I love this place and extend my stay two extra days. As a solo traveler the common area is outdoor relief from the sun, great for a coconut iced coffee and meeting other travelers and new friends
