Good Stay ”
Had 3 nights stay at The Signature Hotel for business purpose and I'm pleased to say it was a nice experience. Hotel is clean and comes with pantry equipped with a small kitchen and fridge which allows people to cook. Location wise is very convenient. Linked to Sprint highway and in the middle of Sri Hartamas area. Many shops just around the hotel. Would definitely come back to stay agin.

Amazing service”
All staff were amazing, from the cleaners, security staff and reception. Felt like home. Fatim at reception was amazing when I forgot my passport in the safe and was already at the airport. She got it sent to the airport in no time. Will come again.

Great Location Plus Laundry Kitchen”
So what really made this great was there was a washing machine in my Room, and enough stuff to cook. The Cleaners came by every day, left all the water I could drink and more. She spoke no english, so hard to communicate but could call the front desk when needed something. The location is great, as you can walk in to Mont Kiara as well as Sri Hartamas due to special access. Everything was well maintained and clean, and the door had a beep alarm to remind you if it wasn't closed. If you are an American, there is barely enough water to take a thorough hot shower, but there is, just can't stay in it for 20 minutes. Over all clearly worth it for the pricepoint. Plus Location again is great if you want to be able to walk to things in the area.

nice concept of hotel cum serviced suite. room is spacious, with fridge, washbasin, induction stove, oven to reheat food (just opposite is an eating area where u can takeaway some food)! supposed the facilities are shared with residences, the rooftop pool is big enough with nice view of both the petronas and menera towers. overall a pleasant stay.

Love to stay here. Very comfortable. All facilities are perfect. Got stove, microvawe, toaster, kettle, fridge & washing machine too. My children said they enjoyed to stay here . The room is spacious enough for 5 of us Got single sofa bed too. Will stay here again in our next vacation. Thanks for the best services the Signature Hotel.

Hotel were great,location and sirrounding wise. Malls nearby and easy to get around. The only minus point would be the sound if vehicles as the hotel are located jist beside a highway. Good thinking by hotel by providing earplug by it doesn't really help alot though.. I got the highest flr which is 7th but still affected by it..

Lovely place with a lot of eateries nearby. The lobby is located on the top floor. The check-in process was smooth, with friendly staff. But the room itself is a little bit rundown; some repairs or fixes may be needed. Otherwise, great room! Recommended!

Overall great experience but aircon could use servicing ”
Fastest check in and out ever, very efficient front desk but the aircon in the room isn’t functioning quite well. It was on the lowest temperature and highest fan setting but still the room is not cool enough. Room is also a tad noisy from the highway right beside the room.

What I love most is how welcoming you feel as you entered the hotel. Friendly staff, good service and you get a chocolate bar with a little message written on it. Parking is never hard to find and it is free!! That's awesome. Halal food is just a few steps out of the building. And good good is within the vicinity too. Hotel is well maintain and the room is huge! Hygienic and clean too. Overall 5/5 and I will return soon.

Best option between hotel and holiday rental ”
Stayed for 4days, 3 nights. Got a pleasant surprise by the free room upgrade however, the initial room we got had a number of issues. The hotel staff were extremely helpful (special mention to Andy) who not only took note of the faulty amenities in the room but offered a room change, made sure all the amenities were in orderand even compensated us with a complimentary breakfast for the day. The room was spacious and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

I use this hotel on a regular basis. Always enjoy the 7 feet n very comfortable bed. F+B - Korean, Japanese, Spanish, mamak, western , Burger King. Hot pot China style sll within 2 min walk . Rooftop infinity swim pool n gym . Give this hotel a try - highly recommended

Great value for money. Perfect location to stay locally where there’s many restaurants and 2 shopping malls or it’s only 15 minutes from KLCC. Rooms are spacious enough and have everything you might need from a kitchenette, iron, to hair dryer.

Quality stay in a good location”
lobby is at the top, parking is basement and needed to get validated every entry for free parking. unit is clean and versatile, no bath tub, but very spacious. next to the 163 retail park and a few other malls, mostly japan and expats shopping. staffs are great and gym works well.

2nd stay here (and i think they gave me the exact same room) , Marble shower floor, toilet might appear small but they are tastefully and cleverly designed to maximise the use of space and aesthetics.... 2 weaknesses though (which can be easily overlooked: weak Wifi; water heater available but hot water may not be hot enuf esp. in the morning). Unbeatable location: at the heart of Desa Sri Hartamas .you can even take a bus from Pusat Bandar Damansara MRT (Bus T818, alight at Plaza Crystaville) and take a brief walk to the hotel. Above all, a management's attention to detail towards guest's satisfaction and room cleanliness which is hard to find elsewhere today in the hospitality industry. Shows the love and dedication towards their job. and of course, fantastic infinity pool and the view.

Cheap but you are not shortchanged! Big rooms, clean and well-maintained, near to plenty of food, just across the mall, nearby self-service laundry, great Spanish restaurant at lobby! Gym is small but good enough.

A place for ONE NIGHT staycation”
The hotel is a bit outskirt of the main city centre KL, located in Desa Sri Hartamas. An excellent place for a night's staycation for my family and me. The only lowdown is there was no concierge on standby to help with the luggage, and the security guard kept on chasing us away, which made it hard for us dropping our bags and kids at the entrance/lobby. I think the hotel can improve further by making at least a person or two standby to greet their guests at the hotel's main entrance to make them feel welcome for the stay.

We were gratefully upgraded to the executive room. It was equipped with a kitchen area, washing machine, king size bed and bathroom. The pool is on the same floor as the reception area. The pool was big! The gym, however, didn’t have much equipments.
