Disappointed with Room”
The single room was very compact, not even space for a chair or desk. Noise levels were high until the pub closed which is to be expected when you are staying in a pub yet what was unwelcome was the noise from builders and staff on a weekend morning when I had hoped to lie in The room needed a good clean, grubby in places. The mattress was so soft, the pillows and duvet poor. The pub is very good with wide selection of real ales yet the management seem to have forgotten the rooms upstairs

Twin ensuite room was "cosy", clean and everthing worked. Staff were very friendly. Good food and beer. Location for tram and buses good.
