the hotel seem to be ages, you may find small thing like the bathtub got little crack but it doesn't affected it functionality. the breakfast are slightly off (yes just slightly) of our expectation, in our 2nd day stay we have Rendang chicken nasi lemak set, with a Rendang Chicken so small (look like 1/3 of those fast food chicken like Mcd/Texas), the taste is good though. but I guess with that kind of price, it is what it is. so I give it overall 5 star anyway.

This hotel is very convenient, clean & comfortable. Staffs were very friendly. They even called us to check if we have forgotten to take our breakfast. Within walking distance to Jonker Street. Breakfast was in good varieties & delicious. Definitely will go back again.

It's a great hotel for the value. If you are driving to Melaka, then it is a very good choice as it provide free parking for guests whilsts still very closeby to Jonker Street. Can check-in, park here and walk to Jonker Street, no need to find parking or pay for those RM8-9 parkings! Room quality is OK, don't expect 5 star hotel quality, but still better than other around the same area.

Value for money. A bit disappointed on rhe breakfast as the menu set isn't much selection and the food is just normal, nevertheless the staff at the front desk and the cafeteria staff is very good attitude and friendly, worth for 5 star

Eye-catching interior and exterior design with European style. Most popular tourists attraction such as A Farmosa and Jonker Street are within walking distance. With the reasonable price of the room, I think it is the best choice to choose for not only family tourists, but also street food hunters as there are plenty of street food available around the area. I booked this hotel at the last minute and did not expect much as I thought the hotels in Malacca, especially near the Jonker Street, would be very similar. Surprisingly, the hotel has a private parking lot, which is safe and convenient for travelers. Besides, I got the unlimited free drinking water supply from the hotel, which saved me lots of cost. At the same time, the hotel provided water in bottles, which made me feel safer, especially in this pandemic period. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Truly recommend to the others!

I tried this hotel for the first time without any expectation but this hotel went beyond my expectations. The room is really clean and comfortable to stay. The hotel common area, hallway from lift to room and the room entrance are spacious. The staff are friendly & accommodating. I added extra decoration package for special occasion since it's my honeymoon with my husband. They did it well and we both are very happy and satisfied during our stay. We will definitely come back again to this hotel. To the hotel staff, thank you for making our honeymoon trip more memorable for both of us.
