Great Place - Super pro staff”
We were not sure about our stay based on the negative comments left by other travellers but found only great things to say about the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the pool on the roof top was perfect for an evening or morning swim. The location is great for visiting the main attractions and is only 8 minutes by taxi from the train station. Highly recommend (get the breakfast, it is worth it).

A nice place in Hue on the other side of the rive. Room was big and clean as well as the bathroom. The team was friendly and helpful. the negative point was that the swimming pool was in repair and it was not mentioned when booking

Good location nearby pub and the Riverside, also walking distance to the imperial city. The toilet stank though, and you could smell it when you enter the room. That was off-putting, but otherwise great!

The hotel is not in good condition. The best thing is its perfect location as you can walk down to the river and the city's 'party zone' in only 3-5 mins. However, the services and facilities are not so good. You can feel it in the first minute being in the lobby. In additions, there are no pool or restaurant for foods. Laundry and ironing services are not good too. I had the staff ion my shirt and can even wear it after being given back.

Decent hotel ”
The pictures were a bit deceiving at first. But my room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was also great. And more importantly, the price was good so no complaino :). P/s: don't drink the water in the fridge. It's cheaper if you just get some from the mini-mart down the street.

Staff is kind and helpful, breakfast was fine but room was pretty run down, toilet didn’t flush right, internet was horrible. Everything was run down, pool area was falling apart. Hotel needs SERIOUS updates.

The hotel is very old and out dated. The beds were hard as rocks. There were bugs around the walls. End up leaving and finding different place to stay. Staff was at least friendly.

Booked a twin city view on Agoda but it provided a double, after negotiating, they changed to a twin with much lower quality, smelly, old, noisy AC, no view, etc. Should review the coordination between the hotel and the OTA. Staff not helpful.

Location & staff is nice but…”
thats about it!! When we got to them room on the 8th floor it smelled like cigarattes & we had to ask for another room ASAP! Room was very old & dirty. After laying on the bed we got really itchy. Bed sheets & blankets had stains on it. Towel had holes & night stand light wouldn’t turn off. Even the hotel staff didnt know how to turn off so he pulled the bed out to unplug it. Low key it was scary staying here & we didnt dare to use the restroom at night. The photos you see on the site is not accurate, wish we took photos but we really didnt want to have any memory of this hotel! Do not book this hotel unless you want to experience the same as thing.. there are plenty of other hotels on the same street for the same price, do not fall for this “boutique hotel”. only boutique thing thing about this hotel is the coffee shop on the street level, that place was pretty cute & instagrammable but this hotel is an ABSOLUTE NO!!!

Really good location and everyone was friendly. Rooms felt quite big and the breakfast was enormous. If I have to say something negative it's the lack of shower curtain in the bathroom. I will definitely book this hotel again if I return to Hue.
