Brilliant”
Overall a brilliant stay. The location doesn't do it justice I thought we were further out than we were but London Bridge is a few minutes walk along the Thames next to Borough Market which is great for breakfast! The hotel itself don't be misled by the outer building inside was lovely the rooms were lovely and clean and given complimentary water everyday its easy to get to and when we arrived the staff were lovely even in the bar area couldn't do enough for you

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location ”
Nothing but praise for the staff, location & facilities. The room although a little dated, was spotlessly clean & serviced daily. Food delivered by room service was lovely albeit from a limited selection. Breakfast was superb with an abundance of choice. Amazing views. Looking forward to staying here again.

Exceptional”
The hotel was amazing! The only thing more amazing than the hotel was the staff. Upon checking out of the hotel we were going to Paris and the concierge overheard me mention to my wife we need to book a taxi and purchase train tickets and that was the end of that. I am so sorry I did not get his name but he stepped in and on the spot booked the taxi and purchased the tickets on the spot. This was so helpful as the next morning we simply dropped the key in the key box, the taxi was waiting for us and upon arrival at St. Pancras International train station we did not have the worry of purchasing a ticket. Great location for sightseeing. Very busy hotel but all staff were helpful and efficient. The suite was wonderful and very spacious for a London hotel. The area was interesting with lots to see and do.

Great stay in a great location ”
We always choose to stay at the Tower hotel when coming to London. It’s location is great to visit St Katharine’s Dock, Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Southbank, Butlers Wharf and Borough market. I’ve recommended to friends many times who now won’t stay anywhere else. My only criticism this visit was vet slow service in the Vicinity bar and then only receiving half our order. Some customers we noticed left as they were waiting too long to be acknowledged and served. Also the prices of drinks in the XI bar are a bit steep, we were charged £15 for a Baileys!! Other than that, the service in the hotel itself was good.

Great Stay”
My girlfriend and I were guests in the Tower Hotel for 6 nights over New Year. The hotel itself is right next to the Tower Bridge and in walking distance to the tube station "Tower Hill". Its a huge hotel (800 rooms) and we were queuing ~20 min for CheckIn because of a Cheerleader group for LNYDP. Very nice and efficient staff member who upgraded us to an executive room. Clean room, good bed,more than enough power sockets and the auxiliary services were tremendous.

We have stayed here twice now. It’s my first choice of hotel for that area. Lovely hotel very clean. Helpful staff. 3/4 min from the tube station and 2/3 min from the tower pier.

Great location”
I said for two nights on my own while travelling around the UK. This is a brilliant location, right by Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. The outside bar/restaurant seating was fabulous for people watching. It’s a vibrant location. The room I had was a standard double which was quite small, which wasn’t really an issue for me since I was on my own. Everything was nice and clean and there was some painting etc going on. The staff were friendly and efficient. I did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the quality of the food. I would definitely stay there again
