Perfect for staycation”
Large, new and clean room. Kind staff. If you don't go sightseeing, you don't care about the location. The pool was large and the children were delighted. The tennis court and shared pool were also good. I was able to stay leisurely. However, I couldn't cut the kitchen knife. There are only shallow plates. I don't have chopsticks. There was a rice cooker and a bread machine.

Great Place for Groups”
Really great property with attentive staff. Property definitely needs some maintenance but understandable as we are just getting out of covid and they need to build up funds again to do so. Otherwise, great rooms, great service and good vibes.

Pool Villa in Pattaya”
The house looked great but it was a little bit dusty i'm allergic to dust so i'm very sensitive and can tell right away if it was really clean. The bedroom at the back has very loud noise from the water-pump. Avoid that bedroom if you can. The kitchen is neat and has big, well-working refrigerator but the plug is very near to the sink so be careful when you are washing something. The staff counts everything when you check-out but did not do so when you check-in. They said a wine glass was missing when we had no idea where it was. And how can we be sure that it wasnt lost before we check-in? Luckily the manager said it's fine so we finally could leave after a long wait. The pool was clean and big. but there is no stairs to climb up from the pool. It's quite deep so it's super difficult to get off the pool. If you are not strong enough or travelling with old people, i strongly not recommend this place. but if you are young people, this place is very nice and fun.

Good but room for improvement”
Just spent a night at this location. Booked a 3 bedroom originally but got upgraded to a 4 bedroom for which I was thankful for. The villa was nice and clean. Free water in the fridge was nice. Each room had its own toilet as well which was surprising and really welcome. 3 small issues which should be addressed by management. First, the hot water in one of the rooms was not working. Next, the common bathroom toilet was clogged and would not flush properly. And lastly the fridge was a little dirty and not working well so the food we put inside didn't get cold. Overall I am still happy and would stay there again. Hopefully these small issues will be fixed for future customers.

We got it a a valuable price. I went there once on a different house and it was better than this house. The kitchen facilities is a bit old and we got a trouble with the living room light in the next morning. Anyway, hope it can be improved as overall it’s really good :)

Clean house but too strict lead to unrelax Holiday”
Nice and clean house, 10-15 mins drive to town and supercenter. but the house is a bit noisy at the morning if you stay next to other family traveller(their children-this is understandable cuz each house is very close together). Some staffs are nice but how they inform us the house’s rules like they order/command us not inform that lead to unhappy impression and feeling too strict. Actually their rules are really common like other place but what they inform quite negative (almost rude in my opinion).

The place is big and ideal for group traveler. Breakfast is a big downer. Recommend not to buy breakfast at the hotel.

Disappointed ”
Overall, our biggest issue with the stay was the cleanliness of the home. There was dust everywhere and the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets smelled damp. maids from room service did a terrible job of cleaning; with 4 ladies who came in and worked, the place was just as dusty when they “finished.” On Agoda, this place was advertised as new renovated, but everything felt slightly old, stained and worn out. On top of that, the front door lock was broken so we had to enter from the back. Toilet wasn’t working and warm water wasn’t working in 2 of the 3 showers. Pool is a lot smaller than in the picture. Overall we were unimpressed and would’ve preferred to spend our money on staying at a clean hotel instead. Unfortunately, wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Deceiving”
We booked ONE house with 4 bedrooms and ended up with 2 houses with 2 bedroom each with separate kitchen, utilities and even 2 separate swimming pools! There was no division on the back yard so we could come and go from one house to the other but we planned for our family to be together. If we wanted to have breakfast together we had to carry chairs around because each house had 4 chairs. There is no cleaning service. The staff comes to bring new towels and toilet paper (which we have to beg to have a spare one) nothing else. We stayed for a week so we had to clean ourselves. The breakfast was brought in containers which interesting content. Salad and fruit would come everyday. Day 1 we had noodles, day 2 omelet, day 3 rice, day 4 egg sandwich, day 5 toast, day 6 scrambled eggs and toast. No playground for children. It is not a proper hotel, they rent houses for holidays and provide some services but nothing fancy for the price they charge.

Dirty and no contact with property. ”
First off the reception is very polite and courteous. Other than that we were very disappointed in our stay. We arrived to a unit full of ants and roaches. It was not properly cleaned before we arrived. All the rooms had two twin beds connected together which is very uncomfortable. The pool was nice. Kinda stupid you have to pay to use the bbq in your unit that was advertised that came with the room. Here’s a note to all people renting out a villa. Clean the freaking thing before someone checks in. There is nothing around this place and on a very busy road which is very dangerous for kids. Will not stay again sorry. Too dirty

Worst villa experience ever”
A group of 8 people coming to Pattaya for vocation and relaxation. We booked a Luxury 4 bedrooms villa and came to check-in at 2pm, they said they werent ready till 3pm. We came back at around 8pm, the villa was not prepared w/ all the problems below. Villa issues: Water leakage in toilet drowning the whole bathroom, water pressure too low, not enough water to take shower, water heater not working properly, taking shower w/ cold water, short circuit for electricity, insects everywhere in the villa (including mosquitos, ants, and ticks on bedsheets and pillows). Food: Breakfast (cold scramble eggs, ham and sausage). We had our own cup noodles instead, overall very poor quality. Swimming pool facilities: Pool is not too bad, but ants crawling everywhere on the chairs, and a needle from the chair injured my husband's foot! Overall: Due to the leakage issue in one bathroom, and all villas w/ 4 beds are occupied, they moved us to a six beds on the next day. We will not come back again!!
