Fantastic find in a fantastic location ”
We booked very last minute after deciding to stay in London for an extra night! We booked via Agoda and got our room for £41.47. Anna was lovely on the front desk, she showed us to our room and explained about the room on route . She made us feel Very welcome as soon as we arrived. Admittedly the room had no window but we literally just wanted the room to sleep , shower and store bags. The room was small but clean and well equipped . We would recommend the Z Hotel to anyone looking for somewhere in the Piccadilly Circus area , such a great area to be in with always so much going on . 5 min walk from both tube stations Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus . We wouldn’t hesitate to book again .

Perfect for solo traveler!”
Clean hotel; friendly staff; smart tv with comfortable bed; free wine and cheese between 5 to 8pm; and free hot beverages in the room (top up daily). I enjoy being in the small hotel room when I'm alone, and this is the perfect hotel! The television is just right in from of my bed, at a reasonable distance. The bed is comfortable. I was really tired from 4 flights to London (Uyuni to Lima to Bogota to London). Once I lie down in the bed while trying to watch Friends anniversary on Comedy Central, I KO for 12 hours straight almost immediately. The location is extremely good! It's very close to Piccadilly Circus station, meaning many famous eateries/restaurants are stone-throw away! I'll stay in Z Hotel again because members get additional discounts for nest visit! ;)

Amazing!”
Staff were so welcoming from moment I came in! My room wasn’t ready which I knew before I just needed take my luggage and they did it with ease. When I checked in it was quick and easy and staff were so accommodating. I felt safe in the hotel room as first time I’ve stayed in london on my own! The rooms are just right and were so clean. There’s air conditioning, free wifi and tea and coffee! Breakfast is only £5 too ! I will 100% be staying again!

Fantastic Little Find!”
This hotel really surprised us on our visit at the weekend! Tucked away down a quiet side street. The staff were incredibly helpful and so kind in making my sisters birthday extra special with a card and a bottle of wine in the room! She was thrilled. The hotel was exceptionally clean and I absolutely loved the concept of the smaller rooms with exactly everything you need in them! Fantastic shower too and a fairly good bar selection of drinks! Will definitely be using you guys again on my next London visit!

Rooms were as expected, small, ensuite with good quality bedding and towels, Sky tv & free wifi. Ensuite is frosted glass so unless you're with your partner it might be a bit off putting lol. Really happy with our stay, great location. Felt like we rolled into the centre of the mattress a bit but bed was comfy. Could have done with usb sockets but that's the only issue. Great value. Staff were great and very helpful

Thought the lift was under renovation, however, the cleaniness of the hotel and room are just perfect!! the location of the hotel is quite safe and walking around soho area, london eye, big ben, chinatownare just a stone throw away!! Plenty of restaurants with good food around! Definitely value for money since there are Underground subways and plenty of buses to move you around london as well. Will definitely book this hotel again when im in london again!

Few steps to National Art Gallery, Trafalgar, Picaddilly, Leicester, threatres and restaurants so great!

We have stayed here 3 years in a row now. The rooms are modern and clean and you can’t beat the location. Minutes from the tube, minutes from Trafalgar Square and restaurants. They also offer wine and cheese for their guests every night in the lobby which is really fantastic. We will continue to be repeat customers!

Fast check in and out, friendly staff and atmosphere, free cheese and wine offered to guests between 5&8pm. Room was clean, stylish and contemporary albeit very compact. Great location to see the sights of London or theatre. Plenty to do around hotel within a minutes walk. Large satellite tv located in room.

Small but Convenient”
Nice, clean and tidy accommodation close to many places of interest - all within walking distance. Surrounded by malls, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops, bus stops and theatres. Friendly staff and nice food. Good for one or two nights. Small rooms, but convenient and quiet.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room spotlessly clean. AMAZING shower. Great as a base for exploring London. There is no cupboard space, but coat hangers and hooks to hang clothes on if required which is perfectly adequate as most people won’t unpack if only staying for a short period of time

Good location. We had a room without a window and yes it was small but for 1 night it was great and very clean and very nicely done. We had free wine and cheese and it was very nice will definitely stay with these hotels again.

Kind reception so impressive”
My booking was not checked on their system so they tried so hard to find my booking record and finally found out mine. All staffs in there tried to find out and it was so touching. Thanks for every try. Also for christmas, they offer a free wine service for dinner time. This hotel is amazing. I am going to stay this hotel again next time From MONA

She took time to chat with us and make us feel at home. You are very lucky to have her as part of your staff. The 4 nights I was there were terrific. The rooms are perfectly sized and modern. The staff is wonderful and the hotel is very clean. Happy Hour is wonderful. With various cheeses, soft drinks, juices wines and even hard liquor. Plus you can ask for seconds or thirds. I’ve had 2 friends that have visited and thought to myself , it can’t be that good. Well it was and it is👏👏👏👏

Better than expected- yes the room is compact but you know that when you book. The room & hotel were spotless and comfortable what more do you need. The location is absolutely perfect and the staff are a credit to the hotel and the icing on the cake is the complimentary cheese n wine from 5 til 8pm. We would absolutely book again.

Had a great stay, very central and good location. Extremely clean and modern. Room quite small but cute and comfortable. Could’ve done with more plug sockets or even USB ports. Overall though nice hotel and good value for money. Would deffo stay again.
