Pleasant weekend trip”
The rooms are in fact really small but the space is used advantageous and cozy. Everything is neat and really clean. The reception is 24/7 so our 3am check out was no problem at all. What really stood out was the complimentary cheese & wine every night for all the guests. That created a really nice environment with lots of guests in the lobby. And of course the Location is perfect. Almost every train or bus ends in Victoria station and it’s a two minute walk to the hotel. And all the sight seeings are in walking distance as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Snug as a Bug Perfect”
The rooms are small, quaint and modern - the reason why I called it ‘Snug as a Bug’ Perfect. We had a room without a window and we loved how dark and quiet it was and how comfy the bed was. Our room was one of the smallest which I knew when we booked it. I didn’t mind as we were only there for two nights. If you are staying longer you may require a bigger room. They have free wine and appies everyday between 5 to 8 pm. Great wine and food. This is definitely an added bonus especially after sightseeing all day. After that if you still want dinner or more drinks there is a great pub next door. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the Victoria Station and close proximity to Buckingham Palace, the hop on hop off bus stop, and Westminster Abbey. We would definitely stay at the Z Hotel again.

Lovely place to stay!”
The staff at this hotel were so welcoming. I arrived before check in and they were super helpful and stored my bag. I came back at midnight to find they’d already moved it to my room! It was a really nice touch. Also had loads of tea/coffee/hot chocolate sachets in the room. All very clean and tidy too :)

A chill hotel for your travel needs”
When we visit London we just need a nice place to rest our head as we will be out all day. Husband and I dont need much privacy of course so the toilets and all amenities were solid for us and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and I love how its so near London victoria. Will stay again!

THE BEST”
We reached a bit too early via bus from Manchester, was travelling with parents whom are elderly. Ismail who was at the reception counter helped us a lot by letting us check in early! Really really really good service here, the other staffs were very nice and helpful as well. After checking out, we had to wait for our bus which was in the evening, they even gave us free coffee and tea while waiting. Of course we can also store our luggage there upon checking out (no need for us to find lockers!) Totally recommended for everyone and definitely will come back here again in the near future ❤️

Great location next to Victoria Station, easy access to buses and tube. Our inside room no window was small but that was expected, you don't plan to live in it. Hotel had plenty to offer from a good breakfast to free wine and cheese in the afternoons.

Very Pleasant Stay”
The room was pretty small, but we didn't mind because we spent only one night. It wouldn't be ideal for those who have large suitcases. Conveniently located nearby the Victoria station, it's easy to get to a lot of places in London. Staff are very friendly and the building was clean and well maintained. Plus, the hotel offers cheese, honey and wine tasting between 17.00 and 20.00 free of charge. It was very kind of them.

So, I was trying to book something on the budget. Found this cute hotel in a great location (and, I mean GREAT). Did not think much of it at first but ... it was super nice! Clean, modern, very helpful staff (thank you for letting me borrow converter for my computer). AWESOME happy hour with cheeses, humus, yummy bread and wine! Room was small and no window ( I knew ahead of time and it was my choice, since it was cheaper) but - since it was so dark at night, we slept like babies! Plus, no street noise :) Overall, GREAT experience and we will be back

Within 5 mins walk from the Victoria station. The room is clean with acceptable size, nothing to complain. Staffs are friendly, also offered me an early check-in due to the room is available to use. However, if they can offer more sanitary ware, such like soap for hand wash or brush for tooth, that will be great.

Perfect location, value for money!”
Z Hotel Victoria is great! Location is simply perfect and value for money! Didn't had any trouble travelling because it's so easy to get to anywhere. It's a less than 5 mins walk to the Victoria station and about 10 mins walk to the Victoria Coach station where we took the coach directly to Heathrow Airport. It was convenient to find food too! Room was clean and cosy. The staffs were friendly and courteous! However, the downfall would be the unsecured WIFI network that disconnected very frequently. We had a long stay here, so we relied heavily on having good WIFI while we were in the hotel. So it was quite inconvenient that we had to reconnect to the internet often. They also didn't had any phone in the room, so if you need anything from the reception, you will have to go down personally. But overall, awesome stay and will definitely stay here again in the future!
