We had a great two night stay in Thien Ma Hotel. We booked a day long snorkeling tour and were not disappointed. The room was clean and had an a/c which was needed. We had a view of the airport. The hotel staff was friendly and even let us shower after the snorkeling tour before getting on the night bus without a problem. Restaurants are close and the beach is literally right across the street. Thank you for a great stay, the price was perfect.

Friendly staff, clean room, close to town center”
We stayed at Thien Ma Hotel for 3 nights, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff went out of their way to help with booking buses and tours. The hotel is just a five minute walk to the center of town and less then 2 minutes to the beach. I would recommend Thien Ma Hotel to travelers on a budget that still want a clean comfy room :)

Clean, cheap stay near beach ”
The staff were all welcoming and helpful, especially the woman who checked us in and gave us some advice. The room had a tv, a fan , a window and air conditioning. Bed was fine and pillows were fine. Everything was clean. Great for a budget backpacker like us. One of the cheapest we could find in NHa Trang that was close to the beach (3 minute walk) and we were really happy with our stay.

Friendly family run hiden gem”
We booked into this hotel for 2 nights. We atrived on an overnight sleeper bus from hoi an so we arrived at 6am. The place was locked up when we arrived but we rang the doorbell and the night staff guy opened up and allowed to check into our room wirh no issues which was great. We found the location perfect for us as we are beach.lovers and the hotel was located right across the street. What made this hotel for us was the friendliness and hospitality of the staff there particularly the girl at reception, she was so lovely. Its a budget hotel and you getwhat you pay for. The rooms.were cleaned daily. Its cheap but the staff definitely add to the charachter. We took a chance on this place as it had no reviews but we hit jackpot. Enjoy ...

The hotel has great placement, a few meters to the beach .In the heart of tourism. The hotel is in a back street so the man rather sleep in peace. Watch out for hotels on the main street, very busy traffic.!The hotel was clean, cleaned the room every day, and I even had toilet paper folded like a 5 star hotel. For the price you pay you will be satisfied. I paid through the reservation sistem 2 nights and stayed for 10 nights longer. For me great satisfaction, I kept my traveler's budget and had the opportunity to stay in an expensive destination feeling like on vacation. The hotel offers motorbike cool machine and at a price cheaper than the street, you can rely on. Nice staff .

Great Price, On the Beach”
You get what you pay for. But for $10/night, I can't even complain. We had a solo room with our own bathroom and shower (was a bit small and A/C. We wanted to cool our water, but it appeared the fridge didn't work. It might not have been plugged in, we never even checked as it wasn't a big deal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even arranged a cab for us at our 4am checkout to get to the train station. The surrounding area is basically beach front (even thought the hotel sits behind other buildings, it's like a 2 minute walk to the beach). The food choices aren't many it seemed like. Plenty of stores, little in the restaurant department. The one we did find a little ways down the road was decent I guess. No English speakers though. There is a restaurant close to the hotel right down the alley called Brothers Restaurant that serves fantastic Beef Pho amongst a wide variety of seafood and other assorted dishes. I'd recommend that place. Overall, for our one night, it wasn't terrible. Not some place I'd probably stay for more than 2 nights though.

Just few hours standby in Nha Trang while waiting for flight and already check out of the other hotel. Just 9usd/night you get what you pay for. Just do not touch anything in the room.it is all broken as if all the broken things of the other hotels thrown out was set up for you in this room.

The second one in 4 days trip in Nha Trang. Some is better, some is worse if comparing with the first. We get a better service, quiet in day time but very noice in mid-night as people came back from bar/club and started sick! Hot water seems not work very well.

We, a group of 3 friends booked this hotel for a bargain 8USD in 4-bed room with 2 large double beds. The first room we were shown, we do not particularly liked, and the room was slightly musty. Therefore, we were offered a 6-bed rooms with 3 large beds. According to it, also the room size was much better. But we should pay more per day. This we refused amd negotiate with the owner and agreed that we will not use air conditioning as large windows and good fan were available and enough for us. Relatively clean room, equipped with TV, fridge, fan, AC. Cleaned every day and filled up with new shampoo, soap and toothbrush. The owner and the family was very friendly. Good location to the beach 50 meters. 5 minute walk into the center where life pulsates. Conclusion. Very good price-performance ratio. + good price, relatively clean - No elevator 7.5

The room is kinda old and small , but well ! We didn't expect too much with the price . The hotel is located in the back of main street , so it's quite and nice to sleep at night . Only few steps to walk to the beach . Very friendly and helpful receptionist , she helped us booking the tour which was pretty cool . Wish they could have newer scooters , the scooters that we rented from the hotel were sucked .

No complaints except for the noise”
Yeah good...room and bathroom were tidy. Staff at the desk was helpful and friendly. Unlucky to have the room right at the top of the hotel 5 big floors up as it was a hell of a climb and the family live up there with small children up very early in the morning making noise crying. Building site right outside which was also really loud, not the hotels fault obviously but I think this site will be there for another few weeks at least

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The staff are nice and friendly and really helpful! The only drawback is, however, that I'd always stay on the 5th floor, and the owner and their family live on the 6th floor. It'd sometimes get so noisy when they are watching TV, doing Karaoke and the kids are walking around, especially at the weekend. Next time time I come back to NT, I'll stay there again for sure! Highly recommended!!

It is okay hotel on a budget, it is corner street so quite to sleep at night. When you travel to Nha Trang, don't stay at hotels right on Tran Phu Street, you will not able to sleep at night All and all, don't expect luxury here, everything is basic. We mostly go out so just need a place to sleep and shower :)

Awesome 4 day stay”
My friend and I stayed here for three nights. We had a room with two double beds and it was an absolute bargain. Perfect location, set back a few metres from the beach front which was perfect but also made it a bit quieter. Friendly helpful staff. The room was incredibly good value for money. It could have been painted maybe but it was spacious, hot powerful shower and a comfy bed. The room was cleaned and refreshed daily and I have recommended this place to fellow travellers already. For a few pounds a night it was just what I wanted. Would stay again.

I booked for only 1 night but did stay there for 11 days. This hotel may be a bit run-down with no elevator but s well worth the money. The management and the staff are always nice and friendly with a lovely smile on their face. Highly recommended!

Bargain!”
We were hesitant to book a room but once we got there we ended up staying 5 nights. At $8 a night between 3 people you can't really go wrong! Great location - two minute walk to the beach and 5-10 minute walk to bars. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are quite small and bathroom had a bit of a smell but really nothing to complain about for $8! Would recommend and stay again!

The staff were the best thing about this hotel, super friendly and helpful and not pushy at all, they helped us book a trip to Thap Ba HOt Springs and gave us a discount. The girls at the reception were really great. Location is great for the beach, and it a 10 minute walk from the main tourist centre where all the bars and restaurants are located.

Satisfied with my requirements for a minimum hotel. Staffs are very nice. You can hire a motorbike here with 80,000 dong per day. If you just need a place to sleep, bath, this hotel is suitable. However, the bed quality seens uncomfortable. In general, it a hotel with good price and basic accomodation.
