The optional breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful. Room was clean and spacious however beds are a bit hard. There was noise coming from the construction works outside.

Nice staff, clean room”
We only booked a night at this property as we decided to prolong our stay by one day. The host was nice and was able to prepare the room very quick´´ly. Room was clean, just the beds matraces weren’t too comfortable (bit might be ok for somebody else). The room we stayed in didn’t have a window but I take it as an advantage as there were some ongoing contruction works all around Sa Pa.

The owners of the guesthouse were very friendly and kind and even borrowed us an umbrella and gave us ginger tea. We enjoyed our stay! It can be a little noisy from the street or from other guests.
