Centrally located Hostel for good value!”
We (young couple) spent 3 nights at Tid Tarad Hostel. The hostel is well located in the centre of Hua Hin. It's about 10-15min to the beach and only 3min to the city's night market. To the Orange Bus Stop (departing to the Summer Palace) and the Green Taxi Stop (departing to Khao Takiab)it's approx. 4min. Our double-bed (king size) room was situated on the top floor and quite spacious and flooded by light. However, it was rarely furnitured (no wardrobe), but as we spent most of the time outside, this was no real problem for us. As the hostel has opened only a few months ago everything is new and clean as well. The shower and toilet are spacious and there is nothing to complain about. The owner of the hostel speaks very good English and was very helful in giving us good recomendations on what to do and how to get there. Overall we can recommend Tid Tarad hostel as it offers a good place for the night for a fair price.

Good choice for backpacker”
Tid Tarad hostel located strategically at Hua Hin city centre. A stone's throw to the night market and minivan stop. No shoes and slippers are allowed to walk into the hostel which maintain the cleanliness at all time. The cleaner does her routine very well. The owner speaks good English and able to give tips and advice on transportation to places of attraction. It saves lots of time and money for budget travellers. This is one of the best hostel I have ever stay.

only 2 min walk to mini van station and 3 min walk to bus station. you can walk to fresh market or night market in no more than15 min, and the hostel is very close to a store which sells awesome sticky rice with mango! in addition, you could walk to the Hua Hin Beach in no more than 30 min. alternatively, you could rent a bike or take a motorcycle taxi. The facilities and furnitures in the hostel is also very convenient and satisfying. There are enough well-decorated bathrooms and restrooms, you'll never need to wait for using them. Furthermore, the bedrooms are very big and you can open your luggage case wherever you like. One thing is particular good is that the door of budget room uses electronic lock. Open it with magnetic key is very convenient. Last but not least, the owner, Charles, has experience of working in hotel for 10 years and speaks very good English. He always knows how to provide delighting service and give you instant help! In one word, this is a wonderful place for travelers to take a happy rest!

Clean and friendly hostel with great location”
I stayed at Tid Tarad Hostel Hua Hin for one night. I have to say that this hostel has once of the best location in Hua-Hin. The day market is just across the street. And the night market and the train station are just a couple minutes away. The hostel is clean and new. The owner himself is very friendly, he would be more than happy to help you with anything.

I spent in Tid Tarad hostel 2 nights. The location was perfect (near to the beach,markets, train station and minivan stop. The hostel looks new inside, its clean and the hosts were really nice and helpful everytime. If I come back to Hua Hin, I will definetely host in this hostel!

Just one day stayed in this hotel , but feel like a family. Location close to the attractions just 45 mins by bus or taxi for 35 mins to the Santorini park or swiss farm but strongly recommend to hire a car to take u to these places becuz they are on highway with swiss farm on the left hand and santorini park on the way to come back BKK from Hua hin, and no u-turn. But good english and friendly owner as attentive as well. Will stay here next time when coming back to Hua Hin. Really near to the transport station and market, nice people and very interesting things to discover. Its a place of peace. Love it

My one night stay in this hostel is pleasant. The reception is friendly and allow us for early check in without additional cost. Free coffee, fruits and drinking water is provided. The hostel is quite near to major sightseeing spots in Hua Hin including railway station, beach, night market. For places a bit far from city, motorbike rental in nearby rental shops just solve the problem. Overall a good hostel stay for those in tight budget.

A Perfect Place to stay”
This hostel was surprisingly good. The shared room with 8 beds is rather big and clean. There are mangoes, bananas and instant noodles provided free of charge all day long. The staff is very helpful. She helped us to get a taxi to drive us around a few places of interest at a reasonable price. The train station and night market are within walking distance from the hostel. Could consider to stay in this hostel on my next trip to Hua Hin.

The best! ”
I stayed in a female room for 5 days. The place is very clean and beautiful with refreshing color combinations. Location is super as it is only 5 min walk to night market, 15 min walk to beaches. If you rent a scooter, it is 15 min ride to Mrigadayavan Palace. 15 min rice to the artist village and so on. The best thing is the English speaking staff Charles, very friendly and helpful. He will give you a map and good advices for where to explore. and you can see he takes care of the hostel like it is his home. I will recommend the place to everyone traveling to hua hin and who wants to experience the unique local life.

the owner was very friendly and helpful. hostel location is perfect, 5mins walk to chatcai market, 7mins to mini van counter. nearby have alot delicious and famous restaurant/ food stall. the hostel is very very clean and comfortable. next time will stay again when we visit hua hin again.

Strategic location,easy access to public transport”
This is my second visit to Hua Hin, staying in the same hostel cause it really worth it. It close to the market so u can get nice local food for brunch or lunch easily. 2nd, it close to all the public transport, turn left then walk 20 steps from the hostel u can get minivan to Bangkok, walk further then u can get an local orange bus to sightseeing place like Santorini park, Black Sheep Farm, Marukataiyawan Palace and so on. 3rd, it close to the beach, juz about 15mins walking distance, about the same time to walk to the beautiful railway station. 4th, it really close to the night bazaar, juz about 3 mins walk, u can get lots of nice seafood, nice food and nice things to buy too. Staffs are friendly, and the hostel provide free wifi as well.

It’s my first time to try a hostel. I think it’s a good experience to me. The traffic is good. I can walk to the morning market and the night market. I even can rend a scooter to Hua Hin train station or other places. The host and people over there are friendly and easy-going.

Near to Night Market”
Went to stay here for 2 night. 1. The staffs is friendly, because i went late for check in and they willing to wait us even their operating hour until 6pm. 2. Walking distance to Huahin night market 3. But, surrounded the hostel is quiet at night and lousy at early morning because near to local morning market. Overall is good. But if you want more happening night stay at Hua Hin, please find others.
