A nice place to stay”
Been her twice now, unfortunately as per all of "Mue Ne" there are not too many Europeans mostly Russians. We stayed on the hillside which was nice and quiet, the sea rooms were used mainly by children. We would certainly stay here again, eating out is very cheap.

The location is excellent. They have a spa facility which is average. The restaurant Orchid is wonderful..served good breakfast. The Staff is careless. Had to remind multiple times to clean the room and after that also room was partially cleaned. Cleaning happened at 7Pm on second day of stay when the keys were handed over to reception at 1Pm. 7 Pm cleaning also happened after multiple reminders

Great location. In need of modernization. Leaking shower. A dirty, secluded beach. Terrible breakfast catering to Russians and Asian Guests only. On a positive note, we have stayed during the Chinese New Year and were very nicely surprised to find money in the envelope for good luck. Excellent and memorable gesture from the management. Problematic”
Room 102, on the 1st night we had a rodent visit. Raised this with staff but had to request to change rooms rather than being offered. No other compensation for the inconvenience was offered. After moving to room 106 we realised that 102 must be their dodgy room as it had a number of issues in comparison, such as bad hot water, kettle, ineffective aircon, leaking pipe under the sink. We were disappointed to discover that despite paying for a premium room we were given such a substandard accommodation. On the 2nd night we were woken by maintenance about a blocked toilet even tho we hadn't complained about it and the toilet wasn't blocked. Breakfast is just ok, and the room it is in feels like a canteen with its cheap plastic and sometimes broken tables and chairs. The service from staff can be hit or miss. Bulldozer working daily moving sand in 6 the beach. On the plus side it is lovely by the beach, pool nice too, maybe we will stay again despite above if we can't find something better

An excellent choice to stay in Mui Ne”
this location is right at the bus stop so you couldn't get a more convenient place to be dropped off. the gauntlet of eager mui ne motorcycle taxis step aside when they hear you're staying at the tien dat. resort is also located at a good spot on the beach, many local restaurants and tour agencies are within immediate area. tien dat resort is split over both sides of main road through mui ne. that is one part of the resort is beachside, the other is hillside (with a view of the beach). not aware of this, we initially booked a cheaper room and found ourselves up on the hillside. we stayed two nights on hillside and upgraded to beachside for our last night (just for comparison - not due to dissatisfaction). the beachside complex attracts more guests and is therefore a bit noisier, pool/side is bit more crowded and staff have to tend to more guests and are busier. hillside location offered more serenity as fewer guests. often had pool to ourselves, and staff were able to offer more time and assistance when fulfilling our requests. the breakfast and service offered at this place is excellent. breakfast is a diverse buffet served in an ambient and boutique restaurant with views of garden and entertaining street activity. our travel companions staying at another nearby beachside resort (paying similar to our agoda price) were allowed to choose two of toast, muffin or fruit as their breakfast menu. will choose tien dat again if we return to mui ne.

Stayed only for one night on 3 Sep 2017 before heading to Dalat. Nice resort. I noticed there are a few Tien Dat building along the road and believed our room was in the new building opposite road of the main reception building by the sea side. They are very prompt on emails & requests. I remembered i booked months before my stay and stated that we would prefer high floor. Few minutes after i received email from them acknowledging on my request and i got a room on 6th floor with breathtaking views. Room was very clean, they got 2 large pools. Breakfast was splendrous. Location is perfect. Near to everything. Minimarts, restaurant. For the one & only Halal restaurant u'll need to walk abt 10mins down the street. I would stay here again if i were to stay in Mui Ne.

Great location, great view, and superb value ”
We booked Tien Dat for four days, and these were four best days we have spend in Vietnam. Every day starts with a nice buffet breakfast (inclusive), and the beach is just steps away. During the day, we spent a lot of time windsurfing and kayaking, the equipment could be rented just next door to the hotel. The school is run by a couple of Ausies, and gears are in good shape. At night, the big seafood restaurant provides an excellent place for a nice evening dinner on the beach. If you are looking for a beach get away, this is it. But if you are more into clubing, then probably Mui Ne is not a good spot for you. On the day before our departure, the receptionist helped us to call Sin Cafe, and the tourist open bus picked us up from the Hotel the next day.

I was on hillside. Many rooms have no sea view since there is a big tennis court which block your view. The Tien Dat resort was a reasonable place to stay for a couple of days.The room and bathroom were both modern, clean and very spacious. Be careful when booking standard rooms on hillside, standard part number is located practically in the basement. The hotel was very good value.

Nice and comfortable stay”
Seems like I am the first reviewer, so will be detailed. Hotel is located between Phan Thiet and Mui Ne, closer to second, so this area is more quiet - less hotels, restaurants and tourists. Hotel has 2 buildings - hill side and sea side. Rooms Standard and Deluxe pool/sea view - are on the hill side. To get to the sea you need to cross the road and walk for about 3 mins. That area has small pool as well. Rooms Deluxe/Deluxe beachfront/Beachfront bungalows are located on the sea side and the pool is really great there. The deluxe beachfront room is large and light, with big bathroom, split aircon and balcony overlooking the sea and the pool. The furniture and doors are a bit worn out but generally ok. Breakfast is in the restaurant cross the road and is good, though choices are very limited and mostly same every day (only potato side dish and noodles change). Laundry as all other services are a bit expensive - better use one in the travel cafes - there are plenty just next door. Laundry around $1 per kilo, motorbike rental - $5 a day. Staff is very pleasant and helpful, the room cleaning service is rocket speed - just put the "clean my room" sign before going to breakfast and when you come back - it's all done. However the English of all the staff is 2/10, so it took me some time to ask for a simple thing like power adaptor or extra pillow. Overall hotel is nice, however haven't been to others, cannot compare.

Comfortable resort at beautiful mui ne beach”
Tien Dat resort is a comfortable 3 star hotel with all the amenities you expect. The garden view rooms in the annex building across the street are quiet, overlooking the second, larger pool and are generally newer, the top floor even has ocean view and they are a good option for a long term stay compared to the more expensive beach front bungalows that are very noisy (pool bar with loud music) and busy all day. Almost all guests at the hotel are from Russia.

Very good 3 star hotel”
Hotel setting was beautiful for 3 star, large room overlooking the pool, then onto the beach. Hotel and pool were well maintained, very clean and staff friendly. Food at the hotel is good, breakfast excellent with a good choice, just about anything available. Reception staff didn't speak much English so couldn't always understand. Not much beach along Mui Ne. When the tide is out there is sufficient beach for a pleasant walk, when the tide is in the sea is up to the walls of the hotels. Weather was very good, hot, no rain. In the afternoon the breeze got up (sometimes fairly windy but not unpleasant) so a lot of kite surfing - not good for swimming. Hotel has two parts, beach side and hill side. The road separating them is not busy, also the hotel has a man on duty to help guests cross the road. Visitors are mainly Russians - all signs are in Vietnamese & Russians. Not much sightseeing but good for relaxing holiday.

Novela Mui Ne is the best!”
The hotel is located in the centre of Mui Ne and is situated on the beach (although the beach isn't that wide). It has a great pool and nice gardens surrounding the rooms. The rooms are big and clean. The breakfast is excellent (lots to choose from), as is the overall dining. The staff will go out of their way to help you. Great choice (and value for money).
