Location are good. Perfect for anyone need to reach downtown. Facilities? It has a swimming pool and each room has a terrace, which is good. The cleanliness, is less than good. The room is clean, but there are a lot of ants during the night. Not sure why, but i think it's from the wooden furniture or something. I will recommend to stay here is you get a deal, i won't pay more than 250k per night here. One other good thing is there are a lot of nice food nearby.

Average standard for a homestay. I got the Komodo room near the pool. The room was clean and cozy, but a little bit too dark. The parking space was okay, the staff will help us to park and go. No water bottles in room but there's a water refill station near the receptionist desk. Minus: no toothbrush and toothpaste, just a soap bar and shampoo. My room was located in an intersection, so it was really noisy, esp in the morning. The wooden door also got some holes, I kind of didn't feel safe enough. And the worst is the bathroom windows! They're right on the intersection where people would walk and go, also there's a balcony (for another room) across the bathroom! The wood window above the toilet is cracked and there are holes on it. As a woman, I totally didn't feel safe to use this facility, so I'd go to my partner's room for the bathroom. I hope they'll read this and repair the holes to ensure the safety and comfort for the guests.

When we left this place, my boyfriend said 'That's the best hotel I've ever stayed at.' For the price, the room, facilities, food, staff, and services were all unbelievable. Especially the staff! They were so friendly and helpful. They booked taxis, rentals, drivers, tours, and a night at the Ramayana ballet for us! We couldn't believe how cheap it was to rent a motorbike, and it was so easy to get around (if a little scary, haha!) On the whole we enjoyed our time in Yogyakarta the best out of our whole Indonesia trip, thanks to the wonderful people at Tiga Lima Homestay. Wonderful!

Location and staff excellent”
We loved our stay Tiga Lima. The room was clean and well set out and we enjoy having an outdoor bathroom. Each room has its own outdoor area where you can relax and eat breakfast and it also has an outdoor kitchen equipped with basic equipment. The hotel encouraged take away meals and this is where the kitchen was ideal. The staff with friendly and helpful and assisted us with arranging tours and outings. The homestay is in a central location with restaurants and a supermarket nearby in walking distance. We loved Yogyakarta and will be back to stay here.

A brilliant place to stay in Jogyakarta”
This place is a fantastic haven to the north of the city centre. It is very comfortable, individual and brilliantly run, with a particular nod to Heru who helped us enormously. Because it is to the north of the centre it means that journeys to the more touristy places such as Prawotioman, Malioboro and Soswirijian takes a little while, but only 20 mins max in a taxi. Breakfast was great and brought to our room each day as the homestay doesn't have a dining room (so therefore doesn't do any other meals). However, there is a great selection of restaurants nearby, all of which can be found in the welcome pack. There is also a communal kitchen if you feel like cooking... Although it might not be exactly crammed with utensils! The rooms themselves are all different and far removed from some anonymous chain hotel, and the outdoor bathroom in ours was lovely. All in all Tiga Lima is great, one of the best places we have stayed during our travels round Singapore, Borneo and Java, and if we ever return to Jogyakarta we will make a bee-line for it, definitely.

We absolutely love Tiga Lima Homestay! No, this is not a 5-star hotel, so please adjust your expectations accordingly. However, its location in the city is great, they rent motorbikes for a very good price, the staff is helpful and lovely, and the pool area is great! The room we have is super nice. Nothing to complain about! Excellent value for your money! Come here & enjoy your stay :).

Our stay at Tiga Lima Homestay was great. The people are so friendly and kind. They will do anything to make your stay more pleasant. Breakfast at the room was nice, also nice pool and good room. Scooters are easy to rent and go to borobudur and prambanan on your own. Great!

Recommended. The Tiga Lima was a very welcome rest spot for our stay in Yogyakarta. Although centrally located in a busy part of the city, 2 or 3 minutes walk down the quiet access lanes from the busy streets and you could be in a different, quiet, peaceful world. Also only a few minutes stroll to access the Trans Jogja buses. grab a route map and get around the city on this terrific cheap as chips (cheaper than chips)service. Very helpful and pleasant (thankyou) desk staff with good English. One warning though. Maybe print a bit of a map before you go showing the location as this place can be a little difficult to find. Not even many of the locals seem to know where it is.

Staying at Tiga Lima was such a pleasure! - Room was very big with modern design mosquito net around the bed - Spacious bathroom with shower - Big TV with many channels - Always smiling, helpful and friendly Stuff - Possibility to rent a motocycle or driver for all day for very good price Definitely I will come back to this place and recommend it to every traveler :)
