I really satisfied with the room given to me. Location is near to Haram. Since I’m single travel so it’s easier for me to reach to the hotel. The hotel located at the hill side. There are shuttle to bring you from the main road to the entrance. Since I’m solo travel that’s not my priority. The main point was the hotel is near to Haram. The staff really helpful. Worth the price. Since It’s cheapest in town so you can’t put high expectations. Room nice and clean,comes with amenities. I will surely book here again next time.

Arrived with my partner for a tournament. You can tell room was newly cleaned. Neat and good air-conditioning. Requested for window room and got it. Went on a public holiday so price was slightly higher than normal. Bed was nice and shower was working well and hot. Location wise is good as it is near many malls. There is also a huge neighbouring chinese restaurant. A lot of parking available.

I arrive at night and the front desk staff is very helpful and also very gentle compare to previous experience staying at this hotel. the room also great as I got previous room as before. only the TV is not function. but its ok. we just check in to sleep.

Deluxe room stayed for one night ”
The only thing i'am not satisfied is we got no window room, but the receipt stated have window. But we do nothing since we just go back at late night, and check out early. The bed is soft and comfortable to sleep. Love their big mirrors. My son really enjoyed it, play with his reflection on mirror. Overall it is ok to stay.

Simple basic but cozy rooms with minimal aminities stillValue for the money Clean room and bathroom comfy beds. Easy excess and near to malls and hospitals. Ample of food outlets within walking distances Ample of car parking. Friendly staffs Cute looking rooms wt fancy lightings Some Rooms are little too small No lift hv to use straircase which are little unconvinient for parents with infant and young kids or elderly people.

Pros: very good price for the location, sheets and room were clean. TV was well equipped with channels. Toilet’s clean. Cons: room was relatively small, not much space to manoeuvre. pillow was very hard. Sink was leaving and the shower was not so suitable for people who do not want their hair wet. All and all, it was a good stay considering the amount paid.

Great value and convenient location however i don't own customer service anything while have to bear with bad customer service attitude. The indian lady customer service on day that i met had very bad attitude. Unfriendly person and obviously waiting time to pass to get money.

The hotel is very near to tol, and there is plenty of parking beside the hotel. If you are a guest to attend wedding dinner at the Regent hall, it is very value place to just for over night. The hotel room is small, but clean.
