Nice bungalows in the rice fields”
Very friendly staff (let us check in early in the morning, helped us book tours, dropped us off at Ninh Binh train station). Buzzing of frogs making a good background noise for falling asleep.

Excellent”
Such a beautiful location and family that run it, although only 2 of which speak English which was no problem. Only stayed for 1 night but wish I had longer to soak in he surrounds and more exploring the scenery. I stayed in the dorm which was comfortable and only 1 other here at the time. Bathrooms are sufficient but means putting your shoes on and a 30m walk outside. Good breakfast included. Ideal to hire a scooter or bike as is 10-15 mins from Tam Coc. Only a few mins to Trang An and Hang Mua

Amazing dormitory room”
Amazing ,juste perfect ,thé house is very nice ans typical from this part of Vietnam .in thé middle off the montain . People there are very nice.specialy the reception girl. Food IS very good too. Thé restaurant IS clean ans nice. I completly recommed.

nice guesthouse”
A guesthouse. Not a hotel. Peaceful place with 4 nice bamboo bungalows, ideal for biking or trekking around, take the cab advised by the owner. Would be better for the owner to offer half board instead of extended menu (difficult to follow with few guests). We asked him to prepare what he has. Good food. Owner knows a wonderful remote hidden spot along his "farming tour". Basic bikes available for guests.

Wonderful stay!”
We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time in this beautiful place. The owner (the son) helped us with the transportation to the different sights we wanted to see and also gave us recomendations on what to do during our stay. Every night we had a wonderful dinner with the friendly family, we can really recommend doing that since it was delicious and gave you the oppourtunity to try different vietnamese courses. Our bungalow had a great wi-fi connection and everything else you need in a room. The surroundning is stunning and you can use the farmstays bikes for free if you want to explore the village and nature. We are so happy we stayed here, it made our trip! Con: Our bathroom door would not close completly but this was not a big issue.

Fantastic service, quiet and serene location”
We could not be happier with our stay. the location was a 15 bike ride from the boat tours. go the other way and you'll hit some amazing scenery. Bed was super comfortable and the staff really friendly. the bungalow rooms were really cute, but you'll be hearing talking in the next room. Overall we were really satisfied with this place.

Awesome stay in the heart of inland Halong bay!”
Very beautiful place as well outside as inside- the dorm was the most elegant I've ever slept in! Quiet, reposing and close to the main touristic attractions. Free coffee, free bikes and raincoats if the weather is rainy: what could you ask for more? Lovely staff. Even though not all of them would master English properly, they can understand a bit and will do everything to help you. The food at the restaurant is tasty, with much variety in the menu. However, be aware that in the wintertime temperature can be as low as around 10° and there is no heating in the dorm (as in all of the hostels in the Tonkin I've been staying at), so if you are sensitive to cold, you should plan your holidays in another period than january-february.

Beautiful setting”
The brand new villas are great. We had a huge room with a big comfy bed. Our bathroom was new with a huge shower. The views and surrounding area are amazing. It's quiet enough to explore by bike which you can hire for free or moped. It's 10 minutes ride from the grotto. The family are warm and invited us to have dinner with them. Perfect.

Great Villas”
We reserved the villa at this property for 2 and extended for another 2 nights. There is so much to do nearby you’ll want 4 days here. The room is spacious and well appointed with comfortable bed and bedding. The staff here speak only Vietnamese so they won’t help you with planning adventures, but we worked around that. Grest place.

Hace meses hicimos la reserva y hoy en día está en obras que en muy breve habrán terminado Aún así, la atención y facilidad para las cosas que necesitábamos han sido de agradecer. Ver cómo capturan la pesca que puedes cenar está muy muy bien. Naturaleza y tranquilidad y dando un paseo pequeño, te puedes dar un baño mientras añochece que es un momentazo. Bonito lugar, magnífico trato.

Nichts für im Winter ”
Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht da es uns zu kalt war. Der Ort ist abgelegen aber sehr schön ruhig. Der Inhaber ist ein sehr freundliche und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wenn es Sommer wäre würden wir auf jedenfall buchen aber beid dieser Kälte nicht.

Grossartige Kulisse”
Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Die Bungalow sind einfach und sauber. Der Blick ins Grüne ist wunderbar und man kommt mit dem urbanen Leben in Kontakt. Der Besitzer spricht leider nur gebrochen Englisch, macht es jedoch mit seiner Gastfreundschaft wett. Frühstück ist immer wieder eine positive Überaschung. Wer grossartige Naturkulisse sucht, ist hier richtig

Stay đáng yêu vô cùng. Sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, view đẹp, yên bình, giá cả hợp lí và cực kì thân thiện. Nhóm em đi vào dịp Tết dương lịch được tham gia đón giao thừa do stay tổ chức. Lúc về xe ô tô không biết đường vào đón nhóm, a chủ còn chở ra tận ngoài đường lớn, chờ bọn mình lên xe rồi mới về. Thật trân quý!!! Rất cảm ơn Stay và chúng em sẽ còn quay lại.
