Great location and price”
Booked as a stay over after a gig instead of messing around with trains/buses/taxis. It took the stress out completely. Very clean, helpful friendly staff and surprisingly quiet.

Amazing stay”
Stayed at this Travelodge on 18/11/22 and the staff were so welcoming and friendly especially Rav at breakfast she was a delight and a credit to the company. Also shout out to the manager Susan who checked us in, was really chatty and actually cared about us having the best time, and even remembered us at breakfast. Can't fault this hotel 10/10 everyone we spoke to was so professional, warm and welcoming. Plus the breakfast was amazing

GREAT LOCATION / EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY ”
This hotel is just a 10 minute walk from Birmingham New Street Station and is located on the edge of China Town. Check in and out was quick and efficient. I was able to leave my bag prior to check in and after check out. I found all staff to be polite, professional, engaging and helpful, which helped make my stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. I was extremely pleased with my spacious, double room. The view over looked apartment buildings, that had pleasant seating / playground areas. Great value for money and convenient location”
Stayed for two nights midweek on 7th floor. Bit of noise in the day from refurbishment around me, but room was clean and had everything I needed. It was too hot at night, there was quite a good fan provided and the window did open a few inches although that let quite a lot of light in from surrounding buildings etc. I was happy with my room apart from it was very gloomy, the bedside light is small and the overhead light quite dim. Easy walk to New Street or Moor Street stations, to the market, to the mall, loads of restaurants etc. I would stay here again. The staff I interacted with were all quite friendly which was a plus, and although I didn't use the onside bar/cafe, it looked quite good.

Amazing Staff!”
Lovely, clean and welcoming hotel, staff are wonderful, every one of them were super friendly and welcoming, this made my stay here even better. The room was lovely, very spacious for a single guest, I felt very comfortable staying here, even got a room with a bathtub in it. Breakfast was great, not the best I have had but the unlimited fresh juice was really nice, the lady attending the dining area during this time was an angel, brightened my morning and put me in a great mood right from the first second, so calm, caring, attentive and friendly. All the staff were faultless, really set a fantastic standard for customer service and etiquette.

Cheap, basic and perfect location”
Booked for a weekend, room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly. Hotel is only 5 mins from both the train station and 10 mins from the coach station. Really close to the Bullring and all the restaurants. SPAR shop right next door was very useful, will definitely book again.

All the staff were helpful and friendly, but still professional The room was a good size and really clean. The bed was comfy, always important to me. Only negatives: The amount of street light the curtains let in, so the room was never dark for sleep. No plug point near the bed, so couldn't have the phone as a clock while charging overnight.
