Staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in superior twin room. Room was clean and comfortable enough. Wife was good. Surround by many food stall and just a walk from Gajah Mada Plaza mall. Negative : I think the towels were quite old and need new ones. Will recomend to our friends and family, and 100% will come back. Thank you for your services

Don’t expect much”
A hotel with basic facilities and service. You get what you pay for. No buffet for breakfast. Instead, breakfast is sent to our room. Breakfast menu is either nasi or mi goreng. Room feels old and cleanliness could be improved. I was actually locked inside my bathroom because the bathroom lock was stuck. They had to saw off the lock, that was unpleasant. We also had to repeatedly ask for replacement card to access our room, as the card couldn’t be used to open the room door every time we come back from our outing. No hair dryer, no coffee, tea, or snacks inside the room. They only provide one toothbrush and one pair of slippers despite knowing there will be two people occupying each room. The hotel is located in the alleyway of the city centre and a lot of roads leading to the hotel are closed at night. Overall average experience. Not recommended for family, unless you’re really tight on budget.

Aircon looks old, booked the hotel for 2 guests but only got 1 toothbrush, the room was kinda dusty, I asked for non smoking room but it's not available so I got smoking room which is so uncomfortable, the corridor and the wall inside this hotel room need renovation.

It is at best, 2 star. Minimal TV channels. I couldn't find any English channels. The food is outrageously expensive, for such an entry-level hotel. They offer breakfast, but it's actually flakes, or choc pops, tea, coffee, cordial juice. There was a kettle, and two mugs in the room, but no coffee or tea. When I questioned it, I was told it's there in case someone wants hot water. Nowhere to purchase coffee or tea bags either. The location is a back street. Very dingy. Aweful. They definately won't see me again. I was at the Yellow Hotel last year. Although it was slightly more expensive, it was like being in another world.

A Clean hotel and great location”
The location of the hotel is very strategic to go to a shopping place or go to the night life places. But sometimes, there is a bit traffic jam at the main road around Jalan Gajah Mada and Hayam Wuruk. But If you are using a small road to the hotel, it should be fine. The hotel is very clean inside and outside. It is very comfortable place to sleep.

I love to stay in this hotel the staff are hospitable and friendly. The hotel is walking distance to Gajah Mada Plaza where there are great food outlets. The surrounding is safe to walk even in the middle of the night.

This hotel is in the central of jakarta, Gajah Mada. It near the gajah mada mall, that need to walk for about 3 mins. The location abit inside the main road. However, it will not have problem to take the cab from outside the hotel.

Nice and clean hotel at the heart of Jakarta”
I find Triniti Hotel ideal because the price is affordable, the location is great and overall the food is excellent and the room is comfy. This is not a luxury hotel but it have a big lobby and you will never feel over-crowded. There is a nice spa but no swimming pool. My experience has been positive and I look forward to stay at Triniti Hotel in near future.

Tinton thank you so much for your valuable advice and directions during my stay at the Trinity Hotel. From my early check in to my departure you were always a pleasure to work with. I like three things in a hotel, #1 location, #2 clean, #3 quiet and this hotel has all three. I also found the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast could use some help but it was adequate.
