Fab little find. ”
This place was great for what we needed which was just a base in the city centre for a gig. For the money I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the room itself. The parking was a pain as there is no designated spaces. However, it is in a student area and all the street parking is free. If you can find it. We struggled but the staff helped us out once we popped in and asked. They didn't answer the phone though. I would 100% stay here again. The staff were lovely.

Great value for money ”
Couldn’t be happier with the price and the room; only issue was the door wouldn’t close properly and you had to slam it to close which wasn’t ideal early hours and the air con didn’t work

15 minutes walk from Newcastle Trent plenty of on street parking ( was student drop off day so a bit busy) work in progress but would choose over *****lodge etc microwave in room gave extra options

Great little hotel for an overnight stay”
Clean, quiet but small rooms, with all necessary facilities in the room. No twin rooms despite this being a tick-box option on the website, and only on-street parking. Nice cafe could do with wider choice. Short walk to city centre. Good value.

Exceptional”
I was only 1 night, the front door could only be opened with the key, a / c did not work well, it felt cold from the window, and a lot of dust on the closet. Parking in the street with few places.

Self-contained and quiet ”
This did the trick - a room that had all I needed and was very quiet. Some instructions for working the TV would have been helpful, and it was a shame the cafe was closed. Otherwise, convenient and very clean. Interesting building.

Unique spacious rooms with en-suite. Big bed and exposed bricks on part of the wall which was very interesting design, I liked it. Was different, think the building is converted from like an old sewing factory or something similar. Had a nice nights stay and shower was good too. Location close to town

Excellent value for money ”
Not the easiest place to find no taxi drivers new were it was , but the hotel it’s self was excellent value it was only let down by the tissue left behind the curtain and a previous guests sock under the chair ( cleaning issue) the on suite had a toilet leaking problem which when reminded it would have been excellent as the room it self was , a small downer was the double bed very small these days as the room could have easily have taken a king , all in all excellent if we are back in Nottingham again we would definitely book again.

I was there for the night and it was a nice surprise, the only shame was because my room was close to the elevator I could hear it every time someone walked on it. but the decor, the brick walls, and everything else was perfect.

Nice little place loved the little quirkiness of how the layout was we had deluxe room .. would say needs plates etc .. and also a fan as the bed being up the top gets no air and can get quite hot ..but loved the stay

Conveniently located”
Hotel is conveniently located near the city center with quick access to transport. Staff were very friendly however I found my room poorly cleaned with urine stains on the bathroom floor and other stains on the walls and carpet of the room. It is one of the cheaper priced hotels and it showed. A better cleaning of rooms, and this hotel could impress for its price. Additionally I found guests loud when returning from their late night revelling.
