Beautiful apartment, very clean, good cooking facilities. Internet and Netflix, which was great as there was a storm during our stay! This also meant that the pool was closed due to the weather but it looked lovely! Loads of shops, massage, hair salons in the building complex and good restaurants.

I really like the accommodation. I often visit Vietnam because I like Vietnam, and that is where I visit every time. Since it is close to the Korean Tower, it is geographically good to go to eat something delicious. And the apartment has clean accommodations, and a loud air conditioner. I haven't used it yet, but I think the facilities in the apartment also have a fitness center and a swimming pool. To feel the comfort of my home in Vietnam, the apartment is right that place. Especially landlord is really kind and always cares you when you using the apartment. :-) And em. i would like to recommend you one thing that if your visit to this apartment is first. Before you visit vietnam, you should ask landlord that which building and which room you will goind to use. This is because security guard will prevent you from entering the building at the enterance. Or you could send message to landlord that where you will going to meet and go through the check-in process.

If you look for a hotel near the old quarter this is not for you but if you prefer to get a glimpse of the real Hanoi, this is your hotel. I had some issues with the shower pressure and temperature which took a few days to be fixed. Also, housekeeping has a very late schedule which is not ideal since the first thing you want is a clean room once you go back to the hotel after visiting the city instead of having to wait for the room to be made at 4 or even 5 in the afternoon/evening. Leaving those minor issues aside, the hotel is perfect and the staff (everyone speaks English) is super helpful and kind. Given the quality and price of the hotels in Hanoi, this is a very good hotel and the value for money is great. I highly recommend it.

The staff here tried their best but this is not really suited to foreign customers. 1) the beds are like rock - which I think is just a Vietnamese thing so not really their fault but not suited to those seeking comfort and a good nights sleep, plus 2) the night club on the ground floor shakes the building till about midnight. 3) the neighborhood has a few good restaurants and the staff try hard, but they generally only speak Vietnamese so this can be a problem, 4) the hotel staff did not speak any English either which made checkout problematic. 5) they dont accept credit cards - cash only - and the nearest ATM that we could find is in the Marriot hotel across the road.

Stayed her a few times. Location good cos convenient for our meetings. Only unpleasant thing is the assigned room this time is right in front of the lift and only has internal window. Hotel should state window locations on booking sites.

Great location with plenty of things to do. It's not that near to the city centre, but if you want to experience something different in Hanoi, this is a great option. It's definitely not the typical image of Hanoi that tourists have, but it's one of the many facets of this beautiful city.

Generally I satisfied this apartment despite I have to laundry sometimes by myself. And house owner very kind. But the apartment is not located in Trung Hoa. It is located Nguyen Toan Street. It is 20~30 minutes away from Trung Hoa by walk. Only I can know exact address after calling with owner when arrived at Hanoi. Agoda should be manifested exact address to book correct location.

I don't like to stay in Hotel because when I stay at hotel room I feel I stay at prison, TV, bathroom, bed... that's all... So I usually I prefer to stay at apartment when I go for business trip. Hm...but... this place... is not clean.. ^^ I bought dish washing pad and shower flannel because those don't look clean. and also you need to be diligent... You have to clean your room and wash your towel for yourself...^^ Nevertheless, If you want to save the money, it's good place... With only $60, you can sleep one night...

The host is so helpful and hospitable that she prepared everything for us. The house is equipped with full of furniture, especially smart tv with netflix. The check in and check out is convenient with residence card. My favourite thing is the cleanliness of home and the diversity of shopping mall underground. I will definitely go back in the future.

Enjoyed hotel and especially staff and café. Remodeling and upgrades should be complete in about six months. Then it will be 4 star boutique hotel.

Decent location but the entire facility is terribly run down & in desperate need of new everything. A heads up, even though I paid through the Agoda app, the front desk claimed they didn't have any electronic system (i.e. Agoda) & that I hadn't paid, so in order to get my room key, they required me to pay more money. Granted it was only about half of what I paid already but still, it's the principal of the matter & there didn't seem to be any getting around it as my Vietnamese is extremely limited, as was their English. Also, if you're luck enough to have a room facing the lake, be forewarned that at about 5 a.m., you will be woken up by the sound of techno aerobic music blaring outside the building as locals use the park across the street to get in an early morning workout for a couple hours. Certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you find yourself in a desperate situation for a place to crash for a few hours - my scenario.

It was a great time during trip in Hanoi. The host Thu can speak english well, there’s no concern to communicate and she response as soon as possible to my message. She provided pretty nice amenity and daily room cleaning even it is not a hotel.
