Excellent experience”
This hotel provide everything our family needed. A clean and friendly atmosphere. The location is close to all attractions from the market to the beach. The value for money is top notch as they offer the best deal with buffet breakfast. The view overseeing the beach was a breath of fresh air. The beds are comfy. Would definitely come back here again.

I like the location, less hectic from the main center. Close to local restaurants and street foods. Close to the beach, Mud bath Thap Cham. I also like the pool. Fixed menu cooking and prices are great at least for me anyway.

An excellent hotel”
I highly recommend this hotel. It's located one minute from the beach, with loads of great local eateries and cafes around. Staff was super polite, helpful and efficient. The room was spacious. They got me a partial ocean view. Everything is clean. The only thing I didn't really like was the awful tour groups. It was really like a meet market. Given the excellent staff, I hate to take off a star ;-)

I spent 3 nights in this hotel. The bath is extremely high and almost impossible to get into to have a shower. Carpet is stained but the room is clean other than that.

Not good location”
So so hotel for that money, but the location is not that good. Facility, carpet, towels are too old. Pool and area is supposed to be nice but it was not properly maintained so did not see many used it, except couple kids. Rooms are poorly insulated for sound proof. Location although one block from water but not sandy beach. Hard to find variety of dinning places nearby. It is ok if you want to go for the lower rate and lower quality, but if I knew this I would not had decided for this hotel.

Great Hotel with excelent sea view and very new”
We've have a short trip to Nha Trang last June and that was the first one of us at Michelia. The hotel was so so so new with and the equipment at perfect quality. Rooms couldn't be cleaner and the staffs service is very charming. The hotel's situated much closer to the beach as it seems to be on the map. Just a short walk lead you to the beautiful Tran Phu beach street. One last comment: the hotel is in the ancient area of the city, which keeps you away from construction of the hotels in Tran Phu street. Very good hotel at an acceptable price! Thank you Agoda for introducing us this great Michelia!

New hotel with nice service and lovable location”
we had a second wonderful holiday at michelia nha trang. the hotel is at a perfect status with brand new equipments. the staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast is acceptable. in addition, the hotel is located at a very peaceful area of tran phu street, away from lousy and crowded other parts of it. the hotel is much nearer to the beach as it seems to be on the map. just about 3min walk and you'll find yourself on one of the most beautiful and clean beach of nha trang.

We had a nice stay at Michelia Hotel. The staff are really nice, greeting you and smiling all day long. The rooms are pretty small but the beds are awesome. No smell in the room but I guess that it will not last for so much longer. Remember to ask for a nonsmoking room if youre not into it. The breakfast is very good, no variation but still nice. Perfect if you stay for maybe 3 nights. - The lack of sunbeds.. I think they had like 10 sunbeds or something. The wifi is pretty slow which is too bad! The location, around the hotel there is no good restaurants and its not in the touristarea of Nha Trang. But still, a cab is only 2$... One inconvenient thing was that upon checkout they gave us a bill for the two nights we stayed here. They wanted us to pay for the room. We told them that we had already had paid through agoda and they had the voucher but still they told us that we had to pay. I was now getting very frustrated and they made me soo angry but suddenly they said ok and that we didnt have to pay. So afterall no problem but still it was not very nice of them to blame us for not being clear (we showed them the booking number and told em about agodabooking upon checkin...).

i stayed in michelia for 2 nights (i stayed in other 4 star hotels as well earlier). its a new hotel but surely the best in terms of quality & value.there is no other hotel in that city within that price range where one can get that comfort. moreover, there are sea view rooms and food is also very good. surely the best choice in mid-range in nha trang.

Fantastic stay”
I had very nice time with Michelia. They afforded to allow me early check-in and late check-out. Staffs were nice and friendly with my kids. I particularly thanks to Concierge staff Mr. Tu who well cared of my kids. Room is clean and convenient, except the carpet is old and should be renovated or replaced. My kids love the food and service of hotel. They want to come back this hotel in our next visit to Nha Trang.

Lovely hotel with fantastic service and comfy bed”
the michelia hotel was only two months old when we were there, so all the fixtures, fittings and bed linen were virtually brand-new. we had a deluxe room on the tenth floor with a small balcony and the most amazing view over the sea and the islands. the super-kingsize bed was the second-most comfortable bed we’ve slept on in south east asia, and the pillows were huge and comfy. the bathroom was extremely well equipped with lovely large towels and all the complimentary items you could wish for: shampoo, combs, toothbrushes, lotions, etc – not only that, but those used were all replaced every day! we received two bottles of complimentary water each day. the bed was turned down each evening when used towels were also replaced. breakfast was included and there was an excellent selection of delicious fresh tropical fruit, the usual asian dishes, an egg station, various hot foods, and all sorts of bread and pastries. i can also thoroughly recommend the coffee. on checking in we were greeted by the floor manager, who invited us to a cocktail party that evening to celebrate “earth hour”, when all the businesses and hotels turned off their lights for an hour to help the planet. from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the staff were extremely attentive, polite and helpful. the sunbeds round the swimming pool had the most luxurious mattresses and largest towels we’ve experienced. the hotel is a two-minute walk from the beach. the hotel restaurant, like most hotels of this standard, is a little expensive compared with the quality and cost of food available in local restaurants, most of which are a short taxi ride away. if you want to be pampered in a modern hotel at a reasonable cost then this is the hotel for you. some time in the future, the hotel is to add a spa.

Amazing hotel with unsurpased friendly service”
We stayed at the Michelia for 6 nights and were blown away by the standard of the hotel, let alone for the price we paid. On arrival, we were warmly greeted and even invited to the two wedding parties which were in progress in the function rooms. Our room was large, clean and had a wonderful view of the beach even though the hotel is situated a block away from the beach. The hotel does have its own private area with deck chairs etc on the beach opposite its street. The staff at the desk stood up and acknowledged us every time we walked past and were more than willing to answer questions and recommend places to visit. The breakfast was sumptuous, with extensive cuisines to choose from. The hotel is about a 15min walk to the hub of the main eating/shopping area (or a very cheap taxi ride), however, it is only about a 5min walk to either the market, the new shopping complex and so close to the beach.

Wonderfui and amazing”
When we lived, it is the earth hour for closing the lights. The hotel specially arrange a cocktail party for free for all the guests living in. It is a wonderful night. GM and CEO came that night and wish us a good night there. We can not forget that wonderful night! The room is clean and comfortable. You can lie on the bed and enjoy the sunrise.Nha trang is just like a romatic picture and the Michelia hotel is just like a pearl to make all amazing! Next time we will come again! Lovely hotel and great leisure facilities”
We really enjoyed staying at Michelia. Our major consideration when booking hotels is whether the property has a gym or not. More often than not in South East Asia we have found the hotels advertise a gym and then when you arrive the facilities are not available for one reason or another. This was not the case at Michelia, they have an excellent modern well equipped gym and a beautiful pool too. Add to this the nice modern room, the excellent breakfast and the extremely friendly staff and you have a very nice hotel!

we enjoyed our stay even though there was a storm coming to the coast during that few days. the hotel staff are lovely and very helpful with our extra requests. my young daughter loved the pool and the huge bed (made by attaching 2 single beds). we couldn't take her to enjoy the beach the sea because of unexpected bad weather. however, we still had a good time in nha trang, partly thanks to michelia and their service :) the only one thing i think that the hotel may consider changing is the carpet. carpet is not suitable for use in vietnam. shoes can get very dirty after going outside and they will mess up the carpet when brought to the rooms. it's not easy to prevent that and it's also not easy and for the hotel to dry-clean the carpet frequently. carpet in the room we stayed is beige color and it looks worn out.
