Good resort with kind and welcome staff. Private, quiet and clean beach. A good place to relax. However, there’s little places around resort to go out.

Too expensive for such service”
Very low customer service if comparing to granted stars and price. This is the lowest TTC hotel chain service as I stayed at many TTC hotels . Hotel manager should contact me for constructive feedback to improve services.

It's even not a resort”
I was there at 7:30 pm and there were 200 people sth who were trying themselves yelling and moaning and so on just right next to my room. I found it no way but having rejected checking in.

Nice place to enjoy your trip”
This is the best seaside resorts near Ke ga lighthouse (5-6km) and 30km from Ta Cu mountain. It’s about 20km far away from the center of phan thiet city. It’s easy to take a bus or taxi from city to resorts. But you need to plan how to be back to the heart of city. 30-45 mins to wait the bus for other destinations, 25-35 mins for taxi and no motorbike rent service. Transportation facilities is only problem if you take a solo traveling. The resorts has a nice design in the path to each rooms or departments. There are 2 areas: the hillside and seaside. You should choose the seaside part because it’s located near other facilities of resorts.... The room is big and clean. A swimming pool is fine. The food is cooked well here. Specially, there is a small area for kids to play. The seaside is nice and they get some swings to enjoy the view. The staffs are friendly and ready to guide you how to travel some place near there. 4 stars resorts and value your money to enjoy.

Great out of the way resort”
my family and i stayed at the hana resort and spa for three nights during february. it is very isolated and quiet. there isn't really much to do other than lay by the pool and relax or spend a bit of time beachcombing, but what else do you want to do on a short resort holiday. the rooms are excellent and situated in a beautifully manicured garden. like the rooms, the food is nice and extremely good value for a resort. the staff are very friendly and try their best to be helpful, albeit with limited english. overall it was great value for an extremely relaxing do-nothing short holiday.

Great swimming pool. My kids love it. Breakfast buffet is good, delicious. Room facilities of superior pool view is old. Small tv, weak water, doesn't have hot water. The way to the room is dark and wet by the air con. of the other room. Far from the phan thiet city, 25km.

New Rooms Need Finishing Touches”
i feel dissapointed with the overall experience. we stayed there 3 nights and ate mostly in the hill side pool villa. the plumbing had problems: poor drainage and little or no hot water. there was happy hour advertised on a board at the cafe, but they did not have the items listed. how can a tropical resort run out of bananas for two days? but, at least the hotel provided good reasonable transport to ke ga lighthouse, and to the city center of phan thiet. overall i would rate the experience a 3 1/2 out of 5 stars.

Staff service need to improve”
The good thing is the hotel decoration is not bad. The pool and garden are nice. However because we are couple travel but there are 2 bedrooms in the villa which make it a bit to big for us. Very romantic if you go with your bf or gf. One minus point is the hotel service still not pro enough and location is way to far from Phan Thiet city and Mui Ne - where all the nice restaurants, attractions are located

- The hotel should put the cooking equipments in villa. The family can serve for themselve especially for children. - The waiters and waitress of restaurant have a good attitude, however they should be trained carefully about skill and all thing the restaurant have. Few of them have good knowledge about your restaurant. - The hotel should have some more services for guests for example: tours to Ke Ga sealight for sightseeing, fishing,...

Relaxing resort with good staff”
I got a pool villa with private pool. The sun and sea is great to see. The villa is big enough for 4 adults. Good arrangement, very helpful and friendly staffs. The garden view looks nice and Vietnamese with lotus. Good facility as tennis court, football small fields near the beach. The beach is super nice with white sand. Very private as this area each resort is far from the others. The room is nice, but there is no kitchenette. If we want to cook ourselves, must rent from resort at 15 usd. Quite inconvenient, especially in this area, not many options of restaurant near by. The closest one is 500m away, but if you go there after 6, the Main Street has no light. Very bad to walk or bike. The toilet in the master bedroom is smelly in my room.

It's Ok area but far away from other attractions if you don't have your own mean of transportation. You need to order taxi from Phan Thiet to pick you up half hour beforehand in order to reach another places.

Nice hotel w many trees around”
We had a nice stay, the beach was windy and the waves were strong during our stay but that's how the weather is right? The food was good, pool was clean and there is two areas for kids in the pool that they really enjoyed it. The resort was a bit tight in term of design, not much spacy (all arounded by trees, pool and rooms), if there were more spaces in the design, it would be fantastic

Reasonable Hotel in the middle of nowhere”
This hotel is about 25 km in the south of Phan Thiet located and provides nice facility. Bungalows are nicely located along the sea shore but could be definitely more clean. Food is all right but little bit overpriced. To stay in Pegasus resort you definitely need a car on your own to go out in the evening, which is connected to a 40 minute trip to Phan Thiet or Mui Nhe Beach. There is no restaurant except the restaurant of the resort nearby, which is mirrored in the prices. Beach is nice but the sun beds on the beach are old and dirty and you have to take the mattress from the pool on your own to the beach. Beach is kept clean.

although away from main phanthiet town by 15 kms, the resort is a good weekend getaway from busy city life!!beach front is good and pool is great for relaxing and food is good !!!unfortunately spa was not open!!

Nice Hotel, great garden, dirty beach, far away”
Great things and discusting things are very close together. The garden is perfect, the beach is a disaster of plastic and styropor (and the hotel-management don't card, I spoke to them). People who want to have it super silent or with kids might be very happy and satisfied. As long as you stay in the backyard-area of the hotel it is realy perfect! The food is great and realy not over-priced. Except the Hotel-Manager nobody speaks a propper english. Anyway you will get what you want with a little experience. Breakfast is very, very basic and not good. Unbelievable that in a land of such possibilities you hardly get a selection of fresh fruits.

Nice Place”
The Villa was nice but it have been better if there are kitchen utensils for cooking. The pool in the villa is nice but theres too much chlorine, the beach was great and the food was okay, overall experience was nice but needs to UP their maintenance team for the villa doors and toilets and the Nipa huts in the beach.
