Wonderful place to stay”
Second time stay @Tulip. We booked the balcony room, exactly as pictured and loved the outdoor area to sit and look over the street with a few drinks. It was like a little oasis area. The room overall may be considered to be a little tired, but we found it to be very comfortable stay and relatively clean (compared to some asian hotels). Would definitely stay again. Location wise, short walk to some great bars, night market and restaurants.

Good location but need improve on cleanliness ”
Please note that the hotel Superior twin room is on basement 2 only reach by stair and stifling hot ! Don’t book this room type if you mind ! Pls also note the hotel do not have air conditioner as many old hotel , they only provide fan. We were super shock when they lead us to the basement , luckily after discuss with front desk staff they let us change to another room but small than the room we booked.Please remember give tips to the bellboy or they will wait in your room not leaving,the room changed is at upper floor , room size is good enough to open big luggage , but the cleanliness are not satisfy , bedsheet with stan & dust , also find snr &big on the bed ! I had a terrible first night but luckily the next 2 days is ok but i don’t think the cleaner change the bedsheet , so if you are a mysophobia people pls don’t book. The most satisfied things is the water is hot very quick and strong , location is perfect than everything.If you have more budget i will suggest find other hotel.

The room looked Abit old fashion but it's spacious and the toilet is big enough and overall it's good value of money. The staffs are so helpful they will help you call taxi if you can't get order grab in there is quite difficult it's not like big city easy to order grab car, better take taxi then order grab it's much cheaper

I unfortunately received a room with terrible sewage smell for the first night. Although hotel staffs did housekeeping and sprayed a lot of room freshener, the problem got worse as now we got to breath a mixed smell that caused us headache. After complaining this with the receptionist and waited for them to check, they went to our room and had to back off as the awful ammonia smell made them nearly throw up. Finally, they agreed to change us a better room.

The room is a bit old but it's quite spacious, and it's clean enough and the staff are all very helpful, they can help you order taxi, because it's quite hard to booked grab taxi in there. And if you're from airport to the city, just order taxi from the airport it's much cheaper than you get the taxi from outside the airport , you can order taxi from counter airport it's only charge about VND 210,000, but if you get taxi from outside airport by meter it will cost nearly double around vnd500,000. As my friend order taxi from inside counter airport it cost only VND 210,000 and we took outside taxi by meter to the same hotel it cost VND 500,000

Tulip hotel is very near to the city centre and Da Lat market. The room and bed is very clean. However, the toilet is smelly and the ceiling is leaking!
