Extremely happy with our stay!”
We were absolutely blown away by the friendliness of the staff at Tulip Xanh Hotel. They were so helpful, spoke great english and made our staff very comfortable and special. I told them it was my husbands birthday and we got a bunch of roses on our bed and a very warming "happy birthday" as we arrived at the breakfast service (which was great!). We originally booked for one night but decided to stay 3! Thanks for a great stay!! :)

this was my third stay in Dalat. if i ever come back this town again, then i will book this hotel for whole my period in Dalat. Very nice free breakfast i had which i didnt expected. i dont think i can find any other better stay than here. specially i give my recommendation if you are korean they have Samgyetang and Kimchi as well !

Impressive stay”
Very thank you to the lady at the counter. I think she is the owner of the hotel. She was so friendly and gave us info on where to visit in Dalat. We felt comfortable talking to her. She event treat us Vietnamese food which is so delicious. Room although looked old, overall clean and satisfied to stay there.

Friendly staff and big rooms”
When me and my friend first arrived in Dalat and to this hotel we where impressed by the size of the rooms, for 10$ night one get a big twin room big 2 beds the size of small double beds which were really comfortable. However, the ventilation was bad and you had to open the balcony door from time to time to get some air in. Furthermore, the location of the hotel makes a stroll required to get to the good clubs, restaurants and sights (a heads up for those who doesn't like to walk). Overall we had a really pleasant stay tho, and I would recommend this hotel.

The lady in the reception is so nice ! ”
The hotel is really clean and nice location, the lady in the reception is so nice, always smile and give us help, she can speak Chinese well.! The room is nice and big and clean. With a balcony out we can hang our clothe or just stay and enjoy the sun. However, the day we stay in rainy a lot! ! So can't go to the tour! Oh by the way, here you can choose some very exciting and interesting tour, the breakfast is good taste as well! ! Highly recommend here!!

Wonderful staff”
Chose the basic room, it was a a lovely stay. Very good value for money. Breakfast was also very nice. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the night market and lake. Staff could not have been more helpful. The staff made the stay here amazing and we would certainly come back due to the staff.

It does the job”
The bed was not the hard type, the room was huge (we actually got two double beds instead of one) with a balcony. The staff was quite helpful, they called the bus company for us, and we booked a good canyoning tour with them. The breakfast was a bit dull but pretty much the standard for this price (bread with eggs or jam and butter plus tea or coffee plus fruits), I believe the coffee was instant coffee, or at least it tasted like that. One night we had a very strong smell in the bathroom (similar to gasoline), it disappeared the next day.

Nice hotel with large room and great service”
They upgrade the room for us so we got a very big and nice room. The staffs were very friendly even some of them were not good at English. The tours they offered was cheap than other places. I'll definitely come back to stay here for sure!

The worse experience ever!”
We had booked the room for 2 days online but when we arrived at the hotel staff told us that all the room was full. We arrived at the hotel at around 4PM but they told us to leave our luggages at the hotel and go walk around the city then come back at 9.30PM! WE DID book the room but we had no room to take a shower or a rest! Not only the late check-in but also the cleanliness of the room was ver bad I rate 0 star at this point. They didn't clean the glass in the restroom and even the glasses in the room were very dirty plus the blanket was stinky. One more important this was that WIFI at the hotel didn't work when we were there! We had no WIFI access for 1 whole night and staff told us that she had no idea why it didn't work so we needed to go back to our room which was very high (4th floor with no lift) with no wifi access.

The receptionists are sooooooooo cute! The room for three persons is big and the mini bar is cosy. The bathroom is not so good, but they let us use the bathroom of an empty room almost immediately.

Helpful staff”
Basically we are not happy with the room condition. It is not as expected as clean as it be but the hotel staff is very helpful. We understand the concept of "we get what we paid".
