excellent hotel, excellent location and fantastic staff.....All Good”
I have previously (several times) stayed for business but this time the stay was with my family. The staff were brilliant and very accommodating with the rooms. The staff were helpful with sightseeing advice and always had a lovely welcoming smile. I have to name the staff we interacted with and they were all faultless, everyone a credit to the hotel, they were Cameron, Ridley, Chad, Martha , Zoe, Lidya and Liam. I am sure that the rest of the staff are equally as good. The Tune management should be proud of their staff as that is the distinguishing feature between the hotels. Thank you and see you soon.

Brilliant hotel in Liverpool”
The Tune hotel is great value. It's based in the centre of the city opposite lots of nice bars and restaurants and close to the water. The staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful. We dropped our bags in before check-in time and the guy on the desk couldn't have been nicer. The rooms are just want you need for a night, comfy bed and clean bathrooms with everything that you need for night.

Booked 6 rooms for one night 26th February 2022 for may family. Hotel great for short term stay. Rooms very clean with good bathrooms. Comfy beds, Well Lit and Warm. A few marks and cracks over window (but it is a very old building. Good location for Cavern Area everything within walking distance. Staff pleasant and efficient. Would recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel in a fantastic Location”
We walked past this little Gem and booked online, what a great hotel with the best staff , that could not have been more helpful, even if they tried. The hotel was great but it was the staff that made our stay remarkable, especially seeing as there was a lot of stress around due to the Corona Virus. Our room was clean and tidy and for the price we couldn’t have been happier. If we needed anything all we had to do was ask and the staff were only to happy to help!!!! Liverpool 1 is a great shopping location which is also just a short walk away from the Tune Hotel and we spent quite a few hours filling our suitcases . Location was in the heart of Liverpool and it was great for getting to all the great pubs, restaurants, venue’s and just a short walk away, so much history and great sightseeing so close, never a dull moment. We would definitely recommend the Tune hotel and yes we be going back there again.

Perfectly fine hotel in city centre”
Basic hotel but very clean with everything you would want for a short stay. Right in the middle of everything. My room was spotless. Only slight gripe was some rooms are a proper trek from reception, up in a lift, walking along corridors then up flights of stairs - not for people with mobility issues. Otherwise all good and would stay here again.

Incredible value for money at this hotel- right in the city centre, all the major attraction are within a 15min walking distance. Very clean rooms with the basic amenities you need for a good stay. Comfy beds, strong wifi, clean bathroom and helpful staff. Would definitely use them again in the future if I'm back in Liverpool.

A fantastic stay”
The good: 1) Very friendly staff 2) Great location right in the city centre. Liverpool One + Albert Docks all within a short walking distance. 3) Very clean and modern rooms 4) Good shower The not so good: 1) The toilet door lock wasn't working.

If your looking for a centrally based hotel in Liverpool and wanna get it for a great price then look no further !! Tune Hotel does all the basics well . It's a no frills hotel but it does all the basics very well. Comfy clean bed,clean room, towels and great shower . No kettle , no whistles or bells . Plenty of places close enough to get a good Breky . Hot drinks can be purchased at reception or bring or buy a travel kettle and make your own . So if you are looking for a no frills, centrally based location for a night or 2 then Tune will provide all you need and all at a great place .

My husband and I had a great 1 night stay at this hotel. It's perfect for a budget traveller. The location is spot on for seeing the city and would recommend Rudy's pizza next door too, pizza was awesome!

We checked in to this tune hotel on Monday and so far I can't fault it staff are so friendly and helpful we are on second floor so room was easy to find the only downside is no tea or coffee making facilities but you can purchase at front desk for around £2 but also Gregg's is right next door the location of the hotel is amazing close to city centre and Matthew street only couple mins walk I would recommend this hotel and me and my husband will definitely be back again

Fab staff, we had a lovely room, comfortable, clean & the shower is a good size. ( some I have stayed @ are tiny) No kettle was the only thing wrong. Luckily, I brought my travel kettle, just in case! Short walk to the M&S Arena etc, City Centre, train stations, Pier Head, Museums, Albert Dock, Mersey Ferries, Beatles Story etc.... Will book this one again & tell my pals!!! Jo-Anne.

excellent location”
we stayed at the Tune Hotel in Liverpool for a couple of nights and cannot fault it at all. The room was a twin, as requested and clean. The staff were very helpful. As for the location, we were over the moon we were so near to the bars, riverside and shopping centre. If you need your early morning tea or coffee I'd advise taking a travel kettle & cups.
