I don't like to make bad reviews. It's just that I was disappointed to find little cockroach on the bed, two times! I hate cockroaches. And to find them in a hotel room is something I wasn't expecting. Other than that, the hotel was fine. Suits the price, well located.

I've upgraded my room into Junior Suite. But the Air Conditioner was so bad! I've set the AC into the minimum temperature, and the set the fan to the max. But it didn't change anything. The room was warm. I've called the engineer. The first team came and checked the AC. They said, please wait for 10-15 mins. I've waited till morning, and -thanks for the sauna- still warm. I've called another team. They came after 30mins. Same answer, wait for 15 mins. The temperature still warm till I've checked out. Disappointing!

The worst breakfast ever”
First, I am so sorrt about the review title. But I can't stand with the breakfast that provided by your hotel, the fried rice is hard but fortunately I can have other choice (omelette). The cleanliness of the room is poor cause of the bathroom mirror still got dirt, and last I ask for the large bed but I don't think the bed type is as my request (put two single bed together? Huh?)

Understood that this is an old hotel, me & my mom had to stay here to be close from my dad while he's on surgery at Harapan Kita Hospital. Smells old, and mostly is because I found a disgusting thick hair in my towel while I was cleaning my face. Not good :( Please upgrade.

Roach Hotel - Kecoak”
The hotel from the outside looks OK, BUT once inside is a bit disappointing. Didn't notice the tiny roaches in the bathroom till next day. Made a complaint and they sent a staff to spray insecticide or was that roach repellent. While it somewhat reduced the numbers there was still a few roaming about on the 3rd night. At checkout the front desk didn't gave me my invoice even though I paid at the hotel. Had to send an email to the manager just to get it when I got back home. Hope none of the roaches hitched a ride back to my home! Local lingo for roach is Kecoak. Only saving grace for me would be the location.

Run down hotel on good location”
Location is near the exit of toll road, however the hotel need some serious renovation since water seepage signs are apparent in both room 508 as well as 1408 that I stayed in.

1. No charging plug beside the bad, only one behind the TV table, is very not convenience. 2. Ask stuff a hair dryer, they send me the broken one, then i ask again, still for a broken one. I call third times, finally, no respond.

Things Need maintenance and review : 1. Bed sheet and pillow clean from bad smell 2. Toilet clean from yellow stain. 3. Response room service for slippers. Until check out none of 4. Friendly response from receptionist 5. Maintenance room from water leak out. Our room is leak out all by rains at the windows glass. So the curtain should be closed to avoid wet at the bed 6. Pool water need to refresh or clean , because looks muddy :( Good things 1. Ac is good condition 2. Tv is good condition 3. Water heater is good condition
