One of the hotels that I will really miss”
This hotel has received my extreme satisfaction and I would really love to express my admiration. One of the most important thing I loved about this place is the superb customer service. I give them 100% on that. I keep asking myself, “Is it the principled nature of the citizens of Chiang Mai or the training they were given before joining this pearl?” Let’s start, it’s perfectly located in an area richly surround by countless facilities. The exterior of the hotel is amazingly attractive and the interior is mesmerizing. It’s clean & up to date. The rooms are huge, well designed, hygienic & incredibly spotless. The bedsheets and towels are clean and aromatic. The gym is great and so is the pool. Breakfast buffet has a great selection. As a Muslim, I wasn’t able to eat everything as some dishes weren’t Halaal. However, the chef sincerely prepared two halal dishes of my choice every morning. That was a big plus. Lastly, this is one of the hotels that I will really miss.

Good 5 star hotel in Chiang mai”
First of all we would like to thank you the hotel for upgrade room from deluxe to premium deluxe. For location for this this hotel. It is not to say to much because it is located in the center of Nimman, You can walk to Maya shipping mall by walk across intersection in the front of hotel or walk along Nimman road not more than 5-10 minutes to find out great coffee shop, Good local food, market and souvenir shop or hang out bar and restaurant. All you need is around here. Don’t worry for parking lot. You can park in the front of hotel and parking building and they have service the valet parking for you. The room. It is modern, beautiful and clean as per preview picture 100% match. Facilities are cover your activity like swimming pool, gym, dinning room, massage, bar, etc. It is highly recommended this hotel when you traveling in Chiang Mai, Good location, Good price and Great moment.

My newlywed wife and I stayed at U Nimaan for three nights. The summary of this review is that it may just be the best hotel service we have ever had and we have stayed at many 5 star resorts from Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton etc. This boutique hotel in Chiang Mai Nimaan district is a serious gem. AMAZING breakfast buffet included in our charge with impeccable options and service like we've never experienced. Food was astounding. High tea was delicious. Pool and sauna so nice! Gym! First off, we were greeted upon arrival late at night with staff ready waiting for us, knowing our check in time approximately. We had clear instruction and personal walking us to our room. The greeter was extremely nice, luggage was taken care of right away delivered to our room. We tipped but one thing to note at this hotel, EVERY staff member was so eager to help and so kind and caring yet with no feeling that a tip was obligatory, they did their job happily and with no expectation which is SO refreshing.

Premium deluxe Super clean room! We slept so well in the king size bed! Excellent amenities, pool, fitness center, sauna. The included buffet breakfast has many choices including chefs waiting to fix eggs the way you prefer and a coffee bar . MAYA mall is right across the street from the hotel and there are numerous side streets full of live music restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself has the best location right on Nimman road, surrounded by everything you need. The 24 hrs check out time from check-in is very convenient (if you check in at 6pm, you can chk out at 6pm). The breakfast has various choice and the staffs are very helpful. The room is clean and the pool with the view of Doi Suthep is just lovey. Highly recommend ❤️

Hotel has everything you can ask for. Superb location - just opposite Maya Mall and end of Nimman where cafes and bars are at, warm and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, and a good breakfast buffet spread that is changed daily. Excellent view from the roof top pool while you sip a glass of mojito from the bar although it will be good if it is bigger !

Beyond expectation ”
I stayed there on Tuesday for one night which is obviously that the hotel was not too crowded or busy. The staff were very smiling, welcoming, helpful and friendly from the entrance, check-in counter to bellboy. I was not really expecting to be that great, but it was beyond my expectation. The best part is breakfast. Guys, a variety of food you can choose. It made me so happy particularly they served healthy food and drinks. Loved so much. Also, the location is just right around the corner, you can walk to anywhere you prefer —so easy. Overall, I had such a wonderful stay and definitely would find the way to go back there again.

We requested for a room with a large bed, but none were available for the type of room we booked, so we were instead upgraded to a bigger room. The room was very clean and elegant. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices that were quite tasty. It’s right across Maya Mall, and you can find interesting things within the hotel’s vicinity.

Good location for shopping, a lot of cute cafe, restaurants around there. Very close to maya department store and close to CNX Airport by 15-20 minute. Hotel staff are nice good customer service and all hotel area are very cleanliness over exceptional. I’m very impressed

Everything from beginning to end was Awesome!!! I was surprised at location. It was at epicenter of Ninnman neighborhood. Close to everything shopping,eatery’s and night vendors across the street. Close to Doi Suthep and other mountains. So the staff was especially helpful they called “GRAB” for us at least on 2 occasions and then for the airport when we left. They treated us so well I bought Mister Dount for them and they were so appreciative. I forgot to mention how good the daily breakfast buffet was......Awesome!!!! Great hotel in the middle of shopping area, transportation hub, restaurants, and cultural locations. Very convenient from the airport and close to Doi Suthep. The room is very clean with comfy bed. Great service, very helpful staff, and quick responses. Breakfast can be chosen to eat anytime anywhere until 11 pm. Breakfast buffet is superb. Definitely return!!!

Fantastic Hotel in Central Area”
I really enjoyed my stay here. While the predominant group of tourists were from China and unfortunately I witnessed quite a few clashes with western travelers, at breakfast, due to the usual cultural differences, I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. I would both recommend and stay here again in the future. The location is fantastic, the staff is very friendly and skilled. The pool and gym were both nice and well taken care of. The rooms were wonderful. In summary, consider this hotel if you are staying in Chiang Mai and don’t mind staying further away from the Night Bazaar and other tourist trap areas.

The location is great, it is right at nimman, and next to a mall. It is very convenient. The room is spacious, and the bed very comfortable. Internet is fast. Breakfast have many varieties and is very good - same level as big brand hotel. I loved it and recommend this hotel highly.

hotel is about 10 mins away from airport, opposite Maya lifestyle shopping mall and around shopping area. Staffs are all friendly and good service. Room is big and clean, thou lights in the room are warm spot lights so is quite dim to do my works. overall is excellent.

we arrived earlier than checkin time but staff prepared room as complimentary service. all staffs these are very well trained and always happy to help guests. it's difficult to find such staffs all in high level even in executive class lounge in 5star hotels in BKK. really impressed. and location wise it's right next to one nimman, newly opened shopping/community mall. also walkable to many nice cafes and restaurants on nimman. we'll come back to this hotel for sure soon.

So happy we chose U Nimman, the service was amazing and great loctaion across from One Nimman which is stunning and hosts super cool hipster markets every night ( we thought bets night was Monday!!) so close for us to walk to great yoga classes, great pool, AMAZING quality 24 hour gym! We booked the deluxe room which was perfect but they upgraded usto corner room but we preferred the deluxe room.
