Very bad experience with this hotel,in Makkah two hotel with smilar name, this hotel has incomplete add given, Face big problem to search hotel in night, Service mentioned by hotel was wrong, they have very bad shuttle service with hotel & iregular plus they drop very far from Haram,Due to very bad service hotel is nearly empty, NO WIFI in rooms. I taked to Hotel manager & advised him if he will not give proper service to Harm & close to prayer area he will not get customers.Its bad hotel management.

my booking was 2 room double and triple but at the check -in process the receptionist told me that no triple rooms are available and after a lot of discussion gives me one room in good condition and the 2nd room with a very low quality. the second problem is no internet access available in rooms.

Reception staff”

Stay was very uncomfortable. Shuttle bus services was not useful. Most of the staff are Arabic speaking so difficult to communicate. Restaurant food menu is not to the standard as money paid.Overall the services were not satisfactory compared to other 4 star hotels which forced me to change to other hotel.

That hotel was much better before now after change from mercure group no stander no body caring about guest from recaption who do not know anything till services i stay there 4 days no body clean room just last day they asking

كل مافيه قبيح خصوصا موظفي الاستقبال والموقع واللوبي كان سيء جدا وتقفل باب يفصل بين الصالة وغرفة النوم الرئيسية انتظرت ست ساعات على مافتحوا تخيل ست ساعات بدون حمام وبدون نوم ولو ان استطعت المغادرة ماجلست دقيقة حرام ان يطلق عليه اسم فندق بل خرابة قبح قبح قبح

كل شيء كان رائعاً الغرفة ، الفخامة ، الرخام ، الفراش ، الاتساع ، الاستقبال والدخول السريع ، الموقع ، هدية الاستقبال بالترقية الى جناح . السيء هو التوابل فى طعام الافطار معدومة ، وقوة الشفاط فى الحمام ضعيفة .

خدمات غير مرضية”

خدمة التوصيل للحرم تكاد تكون غير متوفرة , مع أن الباصات موقوفة أمام الفندق

سيء ولا يستحق الزيارة نهائيا”

سيء جدا لم يدعوني انا وعائلتي للسكن فيه بسبب الوصول المتأخر الفجر، المكان سيء وتعامل الموظف اسواء والمنطقة كذلك، واضطريت للخروج إلى جدة بعد انهاء العمرة .

مرضي ولكن موقع الفندق على علو جبل و عدم توفر باصات للنقل للحرم يتعب الأشخاص من المشي في الزحمه معظم سكانه كبار في السن
