Amazing stay at Unique”
I spent 2 nights at Unique Resort and did not want to leave!! The rooms were clean and the location is perfect - right on the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. All the staff were friendly and the hostess, Lepa, went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and was always happy to answer questions and give recommendations. I will definitely be back soon!

Great place, but near construction now (March 2020)”
This was the second time I went to Unique and it was as great as the first time, except for a huge resort construction site just right next door. As of March 1, 2020 they're about to finish the concrete structure so there's still some noise to expect for a few months. Every morning at 7AM !

Pros: modern and beautiful building; well equipped with all necessities, large room, beautiful and clean swimming pool, private beach, friendly and helpful staffs, interesting sky bar. Cons: not fully wifi connected in room 216, only connected when in the bathroom or outside the room, no garden view but construction next door, a big 5-story building with a swimming pool and private beach rather than a resort.

It's a very great place, directly on the beach, close to everything, restaurants. It's exactly like on the photos. Hi recommend this place for a great vacations at the beach.

Average, mid-rate hotel on the beach”
Recently stayed 4 nights at the Unique. Had a so-so experirence. Although it calls itself a resort it is really nothing more than a hotel on the beach. As it lacks the expansive grounds, gardens and bungalows that nearby resorts offer. Pros: decent pool, easy beach access(on the widest and best area of Mui Ne beach), quiet(hotel is down a long, narrow drive far off the street), large-sized rooms Cons: wifi not the best, lack of scenery or gardens/nature to enjoy around the "resort", rooms although big had several glitches(broken lock on the patio door, leaking shower hose,etc.,) Summary: Not the best, not the worst. Most things were just average about this hotel. The rooms, breakfast,location..,etc., If you are planning on spending your holiday at a beautiful, peaceful resort. Then I woud look elsewhere. As there are many other nearby and better choices to choose from. If however, you spend most of your day away from the hotel or doing other activities(kite-surfing for instance) and you also want a decent and quiet place on the beach then this hotel may be for you. I would rate this hotel around a 7/10.

Worst stay ever!!”
We booked through agoda agency and have already given note of late arrival. We arrived at 5:50 pm, and the ones “greeting” us were a technical guy and an old security guard. The receptionist had already left with an excuse: waiting for us for too long. The security guard told us that at night the hotel only had 2 staffs, which were the technical guy and him. The air conditioner was not working, and the old security guard did not know how to fix it, he told us to wait for 15 minutes, if it still did not work, call again. After 30 minutes and it was still hot, we called and another security guard turn-up and finally get the air conditioner worked, but he talked to us loudly like it was our fault. He told us after 6pm the hotel does not even have the techinical guy. Bed was uncomfortable. The floor was pretty slippery. The mirror had several stains. The last surprise was there is no breakfast buffet. Only 1 staff asked us what would we like to have, and the options were eggs, bread, fruits, coffee.

Disappointed: bad service, limited facilities”
- Room not fully set up when received: not enough robes (3/4), no soap, no shampoo and bath gel, no comb, no toilet paper, no wifi, no TV signal. Had to call several times to get TV and wifi up and running and get the commodities. - Cleaning staff rang the door twice right after check-in. Communication is apparently ineffective. - Wifi on the 4th floor frequently switched off. On the first day it was switched off in the evening, and stayed off until 10 the next morning. On the second, it stayed off until we checked out. We felt extremely frustrated as the TV is connected to 4th floor Internet cables and most of the time we resorted to our devices for entertainment (and also work). This level of bad connectivity is unacceptable. - Cups, toilet, water cooker dirty. Shower in one room did not work. The fridge in one room did not fit snuggly into the compartment and made opening the fridge door extremely difficult. - Limited facilities for a 4-star resort: no billliards pool, no fitness facilities, no spa service, pool water murky.

we were amazed by the panoramic and breathtaking ocean view from our suite once we entered our room! the room was larger than expected and we love the private balcony and big bath tub. excellent sea view when having breakfast and they served a variety of quality food. we enjoyed the jacuzzi next to their swimming pool and spa in the resort as well. the resort actually linked with the mui ne beach and sea which was definitely a plus. appreciating the sunset from the resort was something that you should not miss out. staff in mui ne resort and spa was friendly and helpful, some speak fluent english, while others tried very hard to communicate with us with their limited english, but they were all willing to help. staff always makes the best arrangement for guests based on their needs and from their perspective. they are very detail-oriented and well organized. we would definitely recommend this new boutique resort for guests who will be visiting mui ne. thank you unique mui ne resort and spa for their thoughtful arrangement during our stay and giving me a unique and memorable birthday vocation!

Beautiful beachfront location with friendly staff”
Unique Mui Ne is a modern designed, yet highly comfortable resort hotel located on prime beachfront property in Mui Ne. With large, clean modern rooms that feature bathrooms with lovely amenities and a large balcony to absorb memorable sunsets with ocean views, at times, it can seem like a challenge to leave the comfort of your room. Yet leaving your room at Unique may just be the best advice one can give to take advantage of the wonderful beachfront pool and deck after a few hours of kitesurfing lessons, bodysurfing, a jog on the beach, a memorable meal with good friends or even an adventurous scooter ride to the red or white dunes down the road. Oh, you want to rent a scooter? The staff will sort that out for you. Looking for a cool spot to mingle with some foreigners in the evening; they know the spots too. With a lovely new rooftop panoramic bar opening soon, I can only imagine that the Unique will soon be one of the more sought after destinations in Mui Ne for the cooler traveler in the know. My group and I were able to have the pleasure to experience a sunset watching moment with the management on that rooftop on our visit while enjoying some cool lounge music with an unmatched view and vibe. Ultimately, what made our stay at Unique was the personal service. We felt like family from the moment we stepped in until the moment we left. If you're going to Mui Ne and like to check your ego at the door so that you can have time for your journey without a worry in the world... you might have just found the right spot.

i stayed for three days at the hotel and to sum it up in a few words, brillant, amazing and relaxing. we up graded to sea front open view room which was so worth it. the room was huge! the staff were lovely espically khai who was a waiter that worked at the pool resturant, he was amazing and made our stay so much more enjoyable. the unique mui ne resort is the best hotel i have stayed in, in mui ne and the infinty pool was amazing right on the beach. the food was very nice and the fish and chips i highly recommend. plenty of sun loungers and towels and the beach area was quite and relaxing. i live in saigon when i got back i told my friends about the hotel and they went to mui ne a few days and stayed at the hotel and had a fad time. i can't say enough about this hotel. it's new, clean, rooms are big and spacious. the food is excellent, the service is lovely and i relaxed and i look forward to going back and am telling everyone one i meet just how great this hotel is and i have stayed in alot of hotels and this defo gets the thumbs up from me. enjoy.
