We are a young family with a daughter. Stayed here for 4d3n. Having considered on many options before decided to choose Urbana. Room was 3303B at level 33th - right same floor with pool and Gym. Room is spacious, around 40m2 and full view of city centre. We all love the room as we all know it’s not easy to find a big hotel room with ok price in a sky-level hotel in the heart of BKK (1-2km to famous malls). Room also provides kitchen with pan/ plates/ folks/ knives/ cleaning soap... to ready for self-cooking if you want to. Quiet and peaceful is hotel’s surrounding. We like the entrance way to the lobby from road. The pool is actually quite old, mosaics was peeled off a lot, but large. Outdoor and ok jacuzzi equipped. The breakfast buffet was fine. Not many selection but enough. Right few walks from hotel is the Ninth cafe which serves incredible foods and drinks. Cozy and comfy. We had all main meals here. Further walks is a Villa Super market in a luxury condo complex. Love Urbana.

Kind staff, nice swimming pool ”
I had a studio room which was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the place was very quiet. The staff is super kind and helpful - good value for money! I loved the rooftop swimming pool, the view is amazing! Only downside was the wi-fi connection which was quite bad. It was impossible to work, but it's not far from Central world (15min walk) and their amazing Starbucks if you are in need of fast internet (grab a hoodie because it's freezing inside).

Nice apartment with good breakfast”
As others have noted, the facilities are a bit old, but still well-maintained. The breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly. The outdoor swimming pool is on the 33rd floor with great view, but it surely needs better cleaning. Also, the apartment is located in the centre of the city, but walking required from the tube station.

The journey from airport to the hotel is very smooth and convenient. Driver drove us to the drive thru pcr before dropping us at the hotel. Upon arrival, the staffs have already expected our arrival and handed over an envelope with 2 room keys + wifi details as we had to quarantine. The room is so comfy and adequate. Especially if you are with family and want to stay in more you can cook and heat up food, even hang your clothes to dry at the balcony. Location is very close to 7 Eleven, massage parlours + grocery store. If you have any queries the staffs are more than helpful. Great job Urbana Langsuan!

Penthouse Pool +”
This is an all-around great place to stay. The price of the one-bedroom suite was less than most single room hotels in the area, and since we were able to sleep one in the living room it was perfect for space. The pool was like being in my own Bangkok penthouse, amazing view. Staff were very attentive without being intrusive. This could be a 5-star stay with some more attention to fine details. Enjoy!

Urbana Langsuan is perfectly positioned in Bangkok. A short walk to the BTS that will rake you everywhere in town. Amazing pool with views that you cannot buy. Comfort rtable beds and great sized rooms with a great breakfast variety.

Great as usual”
This is my fourth stay. Been wonderful previously and still great for the current one. Pleasant surprised by the bedding with flower petals and swan towels. Very clean rooms and great reception with luggage’s delivery and welcome drink. Awesome services. Ducted aircon was faulty in one of the rooms. called the next morning and they immediately sent experienced Technicians to rectify the problem. Nothing much to complain about. Will stay here again coming next year.

good location that we can take a taxi to the US Embassy quite easy in the morning. As known Wireless Road in the morning hours is crazy traffic jams. Safe parking lot. we dropped off a car overnight

We love the place. It’s really cheap and worth the price. Just grab to the place you wanna go, can save a lot more than staying at central area. The only problem is the bathing water, sometime cold sometime hot 😂 acceptable thou. Recommended!

Old but fine”
The place is a bit old, the tv speakers in the room were broken. The room was clean, equipments are in good condition, washing machine, microwave, and stove are fine, but the ventilator doesn’t work as well as the oven. They prepared you dining equipments. All in all, the place is good to stay, it’s just a bit old but the staffs are okay, and the location is nice, would stay again.

Fantastic Deal - Try for the Higher Floor!”
I have stayed here twice now. Both times, the staff were quite helpful and kind. The pool is undergoing maintenance, so the prices have come down quite a bit. I absolutely love the views, and the room service is good. They shipped some articles back to me very quickly that I left. They were attentive to all my needs. First booking was the best, because I was on the 23rd floor. That was amazing. 14th floor is nice but not nearly as amazing as a higher floor. Get it if you can!

Great location close to BTS station and lots of food options around. Suite was spacious and clean. Wish the vanities in the room would have more light and the male sauna/changing room was closed at the pool so couldn't enjoy that.

Very nice hotel in a great location. We were lucky to have a recently decorated room which was very clean and modern. Staff were always friendly and it's only a short walk to Chit Lom and the BTS skytrain.
