When we checked in we were told about trips. The receptionist wrote it on a sheet of paper. Once in the room I looked at the other side of the paper. It was another customers booking details with name and booking details. Later we borrowed an umbrella. The details were on a photo copy of a Malaysian lady’s passport. I could see full name, passport number and all other details. The hotel is great but I was a bit concerned about data protection. While I’m all for reusing paper I’m not sure about this. I asked for the copy of passport back at checkout with no issues. Pool is used mostly by people for taking photos rather than actually swimming.

Perfect Hotel to stay for group travellers”
Val Soleil is a perfect place to stay, location wise and have a very accomodating staff. A lot of restaurants nearby, dragon bridge is walking distance and when you cross it you can find the night market. For a group of friends like us who wanted to go out and have some drinks before to end the night its the best place for you. As for the hotel’s staff they are very friendly especially to John he’s very kind and help us to arrange for tour going to Hoi An and Ba Na Hills. He always give us some information we needed for our tours and also upgraded one of our room. He even arrange free airport transportation for us. We are very thankful to him and all the val soleil staff for taking care of us during our stay. This hotel is highly recommended

Great Hotel. Very near to the water. Pool has a great view of dragon bridge and you can go there and take pics anytime. Ask the hotel for Ba Na Hilks and Hoi A yours because they cause less than online. Stuff was great. John managed the hotel excellently, Sara was great and Toan was always there to help you. I loved my stay there.

This was our pleasure trip to Vietnam. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff + the welcome drink. We stayed 3 night with Deluxe room with city view. Room are clean and very comfortable, we have our breakfast in the hotel and the foods was delicious with various choices. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The hotel are close to Dragon bridge, Han market & Danang cathedral by short walking distance. Unforgettable was the pools at level 16, nice view for photography of pools view with dragon bridge. Overall: Highly recommended. 👍 Thank you Val Soleil Hotel arranged high floor during our stayed and without doubt one of the favorite hotels during my time in Danang. Location is fantastic and you can enjoy one of the best view from the hotel. Located in the heart of the city, it is near to amenities and a wide variety of food (local and international) near by. If you prefer inland compared to the beach, then this is the right place for you. Near to all the shops and market and also the han river. Really value for money. The con is that the facade is rather dated and probably need some touch up(the interior is ok)

Clean and high hygiene, you have a big double bed, then i didnt feel comfortable in my room maybe because how the room has been settle up and too little window, the city view didnt really enthousiast me. The big point has been Phung Thanh known as john who is pretty amazing he will help you to organise anything, tours, schedule, plane, bus, anything you need or are not shure ask him for help without a doubt, he is fast and efficient. I wanted to go to the swimming pool but wrong timing they were cleaning up, should put a sign and give a time to be aware and not losting time to wait...
