A wonderful experience”

Ha Long Bay is stunning, and Venezia were a lovely company to travel with - our guide Min was so accommodating, friendly and caring. The staff generally were helpful and sweet, and the food delicious! As a vegetarian, I had been concerned but I had plenty to eat. We did the two-night stay, and on the second day a man made us lunch on his boat, which turned out to be a feast. We were amazed. The activities (all optional) were great, from the kayaking and swimming to the gorgeous bicycle ride to the village.
I still get nervous having to communicate and send things like passport info to a company via DMs, but Venezia were organised and my concerns eased. I think we were definitely supposed to do more on our second day, as we got back to the boat early from our excursions and we missed seeing some hidden coves that were on the itinerary. I also wish I'd known that we'd visit a fish farm. It was quite upsetting to see the fish like that. In general, the boat could use some TLC. There were signs of wear all around. However, that didn't spoil our trip. What IS a shame is how much litter is in Ha Long Bay. That's not Venezia Cruises' fault, of course, but perhaps the boat companies can exert some pressure / take responsibility to clean it up? Such a beautiful landscape should be kept better.

Pleasant cruise”

Was a decent cruise along Lanh Ha bay which is parallel to Ha Long bay. The good part is the bay is less crowded. Our cruise guide Mr Minh is the only one speaks English among the on board crew. He was kind, takes care of everyone’s interest and passionate about his job. The room was comfortable.
The travel to the cruise was tiring as we board on a bus then boat then bus again and finally a boat to get to the cruise. The whole journey took about 5hrs including waiting time. Only 2 small bottles of water provided therefore better to bring water along.

The cabin was beautiful bed comfortable the cew friendly and the guide absolutely great meals delicious. The view from the room was great.
The furniture on the sun deck need to be renewed it's damaged and not good for use anymore.

Wonderful time on Venezia cruise. The best trip in Vietnam”

The food on the voyage was exceptional, and the chefs deserve special commendation for their expert preparation and beautiful presentation. It was like dining at a five-star restaurant every night. The cabin was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed to feel at home on the ship. The outstanding staff made my experience even more special. Everyone from the captain to the crew members was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I must also mention our tour guide, Hoang Minh Tuyen, who was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and charming. He took great care to ensure that everyone on the tour was having a great time. Overall, Venezia Cruises was exceptional, and I cannot wait to join cruise again in the future. Thank you for providing such a memorable journey.

The view from the room is lovely and the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help you.
I’ve never regretted booking something more in my life. You think the Bay will be like photos and forget the pollution we’re causing by doing these trips. The area is back to back tourist boats and it’s ruining the water. The water had plastic littered throughout the trip and the oil from all the boats is creating a thick line across the surface. We refused to swim in it for our health so goodness knows what’s going on for the fish. It was actually really sad to see

Beautiful Cruise Tour”

We had a great 2 day trip on the Venezia Cruise. The program consisted of kayaking, swimming, a cooking class, squid fishing and a trip to a Vietnamese fishing village. In between, there was plenty of time to take in the scenery or relax with a cocktail on a lounge chair. The rooms were all equipped with air conditioning. The great thing about Venezia Cruises is that the tour leads into a neighboring bay of Halong Bay and thus few other ships are to be seen. You can enjoy the tranquility and scenery there, which is in no way inferior to Halong Bay. We would book the tour again and recommend it to everyone.
