Wonderful Stay! ”
The staff are amazing which always makes any stay so much more enjoyable! The hotel is new and always very clean. The pool is perfect for adults and kids. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. Hotel is a 10min walk from ancient town but you can get a taxi for 18,000VND especially if you have little people like we did. The on-site laundry is amazing. We’ve travelled a fair bit using laundry services in many places and this hotel is the best! For the value, the extra space, the cleanliness and staff, definitely stay here, it’s lovely!

I came here spontaneously after I had to leave a terrible hotel in danang but it was truly worth it! Gnang was amazing the staff are super friendly and helpful the place is clean they even sent me a cake for my birthday! The breakfast is good and changes everyday. Great location close to the Ancient town. Rent mopeds for 150k a day and a shuttle to the airport for 300k at anytime of night or day with 4 hour notice. Energy is great and any help you need you will find.

I dont expect so much about this hotel. But i was surprised. The staff is very proffesional. The room is very nice and super clean. The facility is awesome. But i have some difficulty to find halal main course here. So, i choose only eat bread and fruit for breakfast. But its not really matter because other hotel's compliment satisfied me.

Excellent Stay”
The staff are wonderful. I told them beforehand it would be my mother’s birthday and they provided a complimentary cake, fruit, and juice upon our arrival. Check in and out was a breeze. Rooms are big and spotless. The hotel is in a convenient location: about a ten minute walk to the night market. Good breakfast; they make omelettes upon request. Highly recommend this hotel.

I'm conflicted, do I share the secret of how great my Venus experience was and risk it becoming too popular. Short walk to the old city. Staff went above and beyond, can't speak highly enough of them. Gorgeous pool, great breakfast and a town that everyone should visit when in Vietnam and the Venus Hotel is the place they should stay.

We changed our plans so that we could stay here for a second time on our Vietnam trip. We found all the staff to be super helpful and friendly. The location is a 5 to 10min walk from the old quarter so easy to escape the hustle and bustle if you need some time to relax. Fantastic hotel!

Perfect for what we needed”
I was very sick and the stay at Venus was so relaxing and clean, it really helped me get better quickly. The staff were amazing, they gave us a ton of local tips. Welcome drinks, best bed we have slept in Vietnam. The sheets were amazing too 100% cotton. Away from intersection so not too noising with scooter horns. Great brekkie too, they will make you pancakes, eggs, omelet.

Lovely clean pool for relaxing at the end of the day. Good spa. Very clean and super comfy beds. Good air con. Deluxe room only slightly more but worth it for size and terrace overlooking pool and missing out on street noise. Very nice staff. Free bikes for exploring the islands or heading to the beach. Only con was pretty mediocre breakfast.

Hotel near old town, can get free bicycle from hotel to there 1 km. Near hotel have local food, it yummy, can go to beach by bicycle too. Night market cheaper seafood Lobster. Cozy room with big bathtub.

Everything was perfect until the bike”
😄 Luxury, very good service, spacious, delicious food 😭 Some bikes are too old and rusty, need to be checked before It broken in the middle of the road. The hotel located close to hoi an night market good service and luxury design. The room was huge(bathroom as well) and full of equipment. The welcome drink are fruits and juice. Breakfast was good as well as the local food. However, one of the rental bike was in a really bad shape, It was too rusty and required a lot of effort to ride. Which made riding from hotel to night market exhausting.

Exceptional”
I can highly recommend this hotel. Although it lies a little outside old town, it is within walking distance. Also the hotel lends out free bicycles to use for getting to the beach or other places. The bikes are lady-style bikes and are in reasonable shape (not too old, but not exactly new)as well as being well-oiled. The staff is extremely friendly, and one lady in the reception even told my wife that she has a beautiful smile and is very pretty. They didn't know it was our honeymoon, but thank you to that receptionist for making her day. We will definitely look up Venus hotel if we decide to go back to Vietnam.
