Nice pool suite”
We booked for the slider pool room. Our kid love it!!! The in room pool is nice and clean. The outdoor pool is nice too. The only downside is the breakfast buffet, comparing to the price we pay, the food variety is not much.

It's a very good place to stay as long as you have a car if you want to move around. Swimming pool is wonderful. Breakfast is great. Spa is expensive, better to test the massages on the beach.

Pool slider”
The pool was small just enough for our 2 little boys to enjoy. We came during storm/covid so private indoor pool worked very well. Room was specious. Bunk bed was difficult for kids to climb, it was built more for adult. Top bed was hot at night air con cannot reach. Breakfast was nothing special. We ordered in for dinner and borrow plates and utensils from the hotel. With this discount price, we would definitely come back.

Breakfast served during Chinese New Year is quite poor, and slow food refill. Barely no main dish to choose. And the wood path near by swimming pool is split off, may be dangerous.

Suck wasting time and money”
We planed 2 nights peaceful holiday in private pool suite, but turn out with terrible experience. There are neighbor guests arranging whole night parties both nights. They are really disturbing and noisy. We could not have good sleep at nights. We kept hotel front desk inform 2 times since the 1st night but nothing helped. Hotel staff did not show any effective action to protect other guests’ privacy. End up we lost 48 hr our weekend holiday and US$500 for bad experience in this hotel. This hotel may fit with group who are looking for arranging crazy parties in spaced room with private pool. All you can enjoyed your whole night parties without disturbing from hotel staff. Making noise without caring other guests is complementary from this hotel. This hotel management is really my worst experience for getting vacation in Hua-Hin/Cha-am. Really disappointed.

Awesome suite”
Beautiful hotel which somehow had a private beach of sorts. Stayed in the pool suite in the new wing which was tastefully designed. Toilet was big and connected directly to the pool aside from balcony access. Room had multiple coloured lights and was spacious. There was a also a cozy corner which overlooked the personal pool. Hotel is 20 mins drive from hua hin night market and 10 mins drive from Santorini Park. (They have taxi service which is relatively cheap considering you can opt for to-fro and driver will wait for you and send you back to Veranda once you are done) Downside was that there was a lot of mosquitos and the breakfast spread was limited and not much rotation. Overall an awesome stay with the staff members right down to the bellmen and guards being polite and helpful.

High quality and well maintained resort”
Our 1st time to stay and we loved it very much! All staffs are polite and helpful. Our family room is new and located in a separate building which is 1 mins walk to lobby. The facilities are well maintained, especially the pool and slides. Dont miss the bft which is in high quality and variety of choice. The location is quiet and the beachfront scene is much better than huahin’s.

Perfect for family with wheelchair & friendly staffs”
I stayed in the family jacuzzi suit during 26-28 oct.The room was huge and super clean, so comfortable. This room located in the back building so what you can see from the room is forest obviously.The hotel has ramps all around the property. It is very convenience for my grandma who has been using wheelchair. The staffs also are very friendly and very nice! Great services! They always helped out my grandma’s wheelchair. The food is good too especially congee and grilled pork,however;there are not much of selection for breakfast. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous! It is very worth it for this hotel!!
