1. The location is incredible. River at the hotel entrance and sea at the back side. Great views all across. 2. The resort is very well maintained. Very clean and well equipped room as well as bathroom. 3. Super helpful and nice staff at reception & at the restaurant. We arrived from India and our airline misplaced our luggage. But the staff helped us in all possible ways. Especially with separately cooked vegetarian food just for 2 of us for the dinner and breakfast. 4. Free shuttle to Hoi An 5. Nice spa Would definitely choose to stay here again. One of the best in Hoi An. Highly recommended. Tip: Uniquely made cinnamon tea. Don't forget to try it.

I would definitely return to this hotel again. The room was clean, light and airy. The bed was really comfortable and made for a great nights sleep. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was of a high standard with lots of choice. The pool and beach both had sufficient sun beds, there was no reserving with towels! The hotel runs several complimentary shuttle buses into Hoi An old town during the day and night. A short stroll from the hotel will have you in the village, where there are several restaurants and local shops to visit. If you want to explore more of the local area, the hotel has complimentary bicycles for you to borrow.

Loved, loved,loved this place and wished we had more time there. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, spa was really clean with a good range of treatments, there also was a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Good sized pool area, the private beach was really sweet with a range of activities available. Library and games room was a nice touch too. Staff were very friendly and always on hand to help. The shuttle service from the hotel to the Old town was very convenient with timed pick ups and drop offs. Will be returning here !

Fabulous place in a beautiful location”
This was our first visit to Vietnam and we spent 2 weeks exploring parts of the North and central Vietnam. Hoi An was our last destination and we chose the Suite in Victoria Beach Resort which was extremely good value for money. I cannot praise the friendliness and exceptional service of their staff, the food was also scrumptious and we found ourselves eating there more frequently instead of going to the centre. They also provide an excellent shuttle service to the centre of Hoi An which takes only 10 minutes. Great pool, great location and we are already thinking of booking our next holiday there. Special thanks to Diem the office manageress who was only too pleased and extremely accommodating to resolve a minor issue we had with our room.

Located at the water’s edge Victoria Hotel commands the best location in Hoi An. It is the ideal place to relax. The hotel facilities are great and the Rooms facing the ocean are wonderful. The restaurant and bar facilities are also excellent. The hotel staff without exception go out of their way to endeavour to attend to the needs of their guests. The Victoria Hotel is a charming, colonial styled resort that for three years in a row has provided us with an exceptional place to relax.

Great hotel, with the best pool and seaview, and a perfect service ”
I really felt like staying here. It's a beautiful domain, with nice views and a private beach. A little drive away from the busy centre of Hoi An. Their free shuttle bus to the center is perfect if you want to check the atmosfere there, or you can have a bike, this is also a good way to explore the whole surroundings. The bar and restaurant is great, the food I had was really well made, also breakfast buffet is super. The rooms are big, the bed is super comfortable, bathroom is luxurious and everything you need is there. The only disadvantage I can think of is that the rooms with riverview are looking at a busy road. But I loved the more private balcony there. At night it gets quiet so no problem sleeping. I would definitely come back here.

Perfect beach spot”
Loved this hotel in Hoi An. You're outside the city a bit - and I recommend renting a scooter to get there and back. It isn't exactly beach front - but the rooms were very well designed, the breakfast was probably the best I had at a hotel in all of vietnam. I looked forward every morning to that. And their pool is very nice. The only thing lacking is the gym - which feels a bit damp in there. They need to remove the carpets.

We were really happy with the exceptional service and care attitude shown by the staff of this hotel. They always checked with us for any kind of requests specially took care of our vegetarian requirements. The hotel was lovely, staff were amazing and we had a great stay. We loved that they use glass bottles for water and the staff around the pool were very attentive. The hotel run a bus too and from Hoi An, or they can call you a taxi which costs about 100,000VND. The food at the restaurant was delicious but pricey. We would visit again.

Breakfasts: The Victoria provided a variety of delicious foods each morning. Staff were attentive.”
The hotel advertises a private beach. The beach is actually open to the public. I think the hotel should adjust their promotional materials to reflect this. Their pool is beautiful!! We were upgraded to a beach side room. The steps had several loose boards which we reported to the hotel. Maintenance hammered down the boards but left other potentially dangerous loose boards unattended. All things considered, we would stay at the Victoria again.

Such a great hotel!! It was just my husband and I this time, but would go back with our kids in a heartbeat. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Such a lovely hotel in the perfect location, just 15 minutes from stunning Hoi An. The beach was beautiful too and would happily go back again. I never bother writing reviews usually but I felt this hotel really deserved one!

The staffs are really nice and kind and the facilities are good. Love the pool area and restaurants. The room condition is really great and even got upgrade from river view to ocean view. It takes about 10min to go to the town by car. If you want to stay by the beach this is the perfect place. Highly recommended

Fantastic resort! The room was lovely, and the amenities (pool, bar, private beach located nearby) were great. Our only gripe would be that the river view suite we had was facing the road, so there were some traffic noises throughout the day/night. However, we found it to be more than worth it for all the other great things the resort offered! Would recommend.

Great facilities, awesome staff, great breakfast. We booked a superior room and got upgraded to a deluxe with garden view. Private beach is very nice. There is also a private shuttle to go downtown every hour or so, very convenient. We’ll come back with pleasure

My fourth Victoria hotel to stay at, and the best. Our room has lovely Vietnamese style and lucky to have a ocean view. Breakfast has different stylish food each day. The beach, pool and outdoor bar are perfect. Staff very friendly and shuttle bus is very convenient.

Perfect location: this is the only place in Hoi An where you can still enjoy the beach (unfortunately, the beach disappeared in Hoi An due to erosion :( Rooms and facilities are beautiful. Service and food are amazing. We had a great time and I would strongly recommend this resort to anyone who’d like to spend 2 to 7 nights in Ha Noi!
