A Great price, across from the train station (not too many trains so noise not a factor), GREAT STAFF!! Breakfast included and good prices for the regular menu, on a corner, nice space outside, Travel agency as well with good prices and GREAT SERVICE. I had the pleasure to stay several days and benefit from the nice staff and extra touches. Always attentive and helpful--above and beyond. Highly recommend!!! The tours arranged for me were great and everything taken care of with extra care. Thank you Viet Nhat staff

The location was just a walking distance from the train station and bus stop as well. They also rented out their motorbike to us at good rate. The condition of the motorbike was also very good condition. The host was super sweet and warm. Very hospitable.

just across the road from the hotel is the train station, where you can catch the train to Hanoi or HoChiMinh City the husband and wife owners are super friendly and helpful. They can cook Vietnamese dishes as per request. The hotel also has a range of bicycle and motorbike for rent. They can also arrange private transfer to/from Hanoi and NoiBai International Airport Choose rooms that facing the Train Station is highly recommended.

Helpful staff”
The Viet Nhat is the first hotel you see when you exit the Ninh Binh railway station. The staff are very helpful and full of energy. The hotel itself is not that great. It's old style with high ceilings, dark wooden doors and furniture but cheap and old add-ons of which many are (nearly) broken. The mattress is a real torture device. It was hard to find a position in which nothing pinched my body and every time I turned around it made me wake up at once. There's a nice balcony, unfortunately without chairs. The shutters have nothing to keep them in position. If you don't lock them, the wind can do whatever it wants with them. I left for a full day, leaving the keys behind, yet the room was not cleaned when I came back. The Pho I had for breakfast on day 1 were cheap instant noodles with (fresh) vegetables. The pancakes on day 2 were greasy. Still I give the hotel a reasonably good review and will recommend it because of the staff.

Pleasant staff, very helpful and hospitable”
We travelled by train from Hanoi and after one night and day spent in Ninh Binh continued by train to Hue. The hotel is in front of the train station, it is very clean, staff let us have a shower before our departure free of charge in one of their rooms. They even gave us bottle of water to the train free of charge. We rented motorbike there and everything went fine.

We stayed only one night on our way to Hue but it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very kind and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone who travels to Ninh Binh and needs to stay close to the train station.

a nice place just opposite of train station”
very nice and friendly people running this place, the shots of rice wine to "sleep well" were a nice gesture. the room was spacious with a nice view, but Ninh Binh is a spread out town, so while convenient for train station it is a 30 min walk into town, a compromise I did not regret

perfect place”
we have been traveling around Asia for the last 4 months .. this place was one of the best places which we stayed in for many reasons - staff so helpful and kind they always try to help us smiling at our face and they offer us fruits and drink all time as a gift .. - we arrived soo early at 5.30 AM so they made us early check in for free -rooms are clean - i wanted someone to teach me how to ride a bike so i can use bike while my tour in Asia.. they let me try and teach mr for free .. so i rebted a bike from them to visit tam coc, tran an and mua caves - they have a restaurant at the first floor .. food at restaurant is delicious and really big portion with the same price like other restaurants - they take us to a festival in the city we really like this place

Nice hotel, excellent staff”
This is not a 5star hotel but for us was enough. The hotel is across the street from the train station. We checked in a bit lat but they still served us late dinner. The room had clean towels, a/c, good beds and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We ended up doing a personalized tour based on the budget we had on the next day. 2 kind drivers took us by scooter and even stopped for unexpected pictures along the way. We could not have had a better experience! Thank you!!!

Nice place, staff incredible”
We only spend a night here, but we were so happy. The staff is extremely friendly, and the breakfast was delicious (the best we had in similar hotels we stayed). They offer a lot of services (you only book the ones you are interested, so no problem). They offer really good food, we had dinner twice. Room: clean, big enogh, and airco worked perfectly. Bathroom: regular one. Location: just infront of the train station. You need a motobike to move around. They were helpfull all the time. We recomend this place and would stay again.

I was to give this place 10 points but”
The bed was comfortable. Great value for its price. They also serve delicious meals upon request. Everything was perfect until the day we left. I asked the staff the bus ticket price and she said 100.000 dong. I told her when i came I paid 70.000 dong and she said with this price you could go to bus station. Then, I took 2 bus tickets for 100.000 each. When the bus came, she came to tell me the bus came and she already paid the tickets. When I got into the bus, I asked how much the tickets were. And they said 80.000 dong and the bus staff did not know she charge me 100.000 dong. I felt swindled although I did not mind paid 2 dollar extra for the service. They said the money was for the ticket not for their service.

Basic hotel at train station”
The location was perfect for our overnight stay coming on an overnight train from the South. 100m from the train station. It is a basic hotel, dont expect anything fancy, but it is clean and air con, wifi and hot water worked fine. In terms of the scooter rental, its worth to take not the cheapest as it nearly died on us a couple of times and the brakes were dodgy So spent the extra 2 bucks for the newer version.

Amazing experience!”
Staff was simply amazing! Got in at 4am from the night bus and my room was ready. They helped me book a great tour and my bus ticket onward. Restaurant had great food and they were up early on my last morning and packed me a lunch for the bus trip. It's a little far from town but they gave me a free ride when I needed to go. Really nice people, amazing service!!

Convenient location”
The hotel is right opposite the train station with some small shops and restaurants around. The staff are friendly and helpful. They will try to sell you some tours and transport options but are not pushy. At night the streets are quiet but feels safe. Bike rental however can be cheaper. Gd place to just go for your tours and back to rest. Overall a gd choice if you are coming or leaving by train - easy.
