Exceptional”
This was my first time to Vietnam and also Nha Trang. The hotel is beyond my expectations as the room (deluxe triple) I stayed in was quite big and clean. The front liners - girl receptionist in the lobby is so friendly and approaching. She's always giving her best to explain to us even though her English is not that good. I would say she's one of the biggest part that lighten up my trip in Nha Trang! I've given her a yogurt when I checked out the hotel. Regret that I've forgotten to take a picture with her as I really like and appreciate her attitude and efforts. ;) The only thing that make me a lil disappointed is the wifi service in the hotel. It just doesn't work sometimes. Hope their IT will improve it. Overall, it was a worth staying in this hotel!

Lovely rooms”
I stayed in a deluxe room, which was fantastic for its price. Clean hardwood floors, big LCD, a very nice bathroom and nice balcony puts the room up at international standard quality. The staff were also very friendly despite not having the best English. The only problem was the Wifi wasn't working during my stay but it wasn't a big deal. I would definitely stay here again next time I come back to Nha Trang.

Great Location, and Really Good Rooms”
This was the best hotel that we stayed at by far. It was also the cheapest. We stayed in the lowest level of room, but it was the best room that we have stayed at so far. And it seems that if you pay a bit more you can get a really nice suite. They cater for the Vietnamese so they do not speak english too well, but they were more than willing to help us if we ever needed anything.

Beautiful Room”
The hotel is new and the room had a queen size bed as well as a single bed. There was also a sitting area with chairs and table. The room we had had large curved windows with a view towards the sea. Sheets and towel were of good quality, clean and white.

Helpful staff, little bit away form it all”
The wifi didn't work at allNice the 7th floor when I complained about this a member of staff came to fix it when that never worked they changed our room.... Apart from that everything was fine, nice bath as well and clean and tidy.... Just wish the hotel was a little bit close to everything as it is a little bit away from the beach and the main nightlife

We stayed at this hotel 2 nights. The room is new, clean and beautiful. This hotel is near by Tran Phu beach, we just take around 5 minutes from hotel to there by motorbike. One more point, coffee is very good with cheap price Thank Agoda for your recommend and service

staff are really nice and friendful”
overall to say it is quite big room, the big is big enough for 2 people, and room is quite clean and quiet. but have not little nuber of gecko, the vanity is a bit narrow. also it is not near the beach have to take the taxi, however there have many restaurant and local travel agency nearby the hotel.

good for the price.... don't use laundry service”
This was a little out of way but views from upper floors great. Rooms were good tho typical incorrect bathroom install meant the usual soggy wall/mould in the living area adjacent. Breaky was a bit awkward but filling. Biggest gripe was laundry. Was not returned until i asked for it 5 mins before checkout time, so no time to really check. Most of it destroyed beyond wearability including colour runs (on older clothes that were beyond this with regular washing), holes (no idea how...what the??) And 2 big iron scorch marks. I expect they knew and did not deliver until the last minute in hope i would not recognise..... i quickly counted items and packed without unfolding (folding was very strategic). Was not until i unpacked at next destination i realised. Very very very disappointing, yet typical of vietnam experience where western people are not well treated by sooooo many. If they had confessed i would not have worried (truly) but half way thru my trip in Vietnam i was just over the attitude, and like so many others put my hands in my pocket and kept them there, ending my vietnam trip early.

The room is old, not like the pictures. The bathroom has mold, the bed sheets and towels are really old. Is a two stars hotel. But the staff are very nice, courteous and polite.

The facilities are pretty old. And quite different from the pictures. However, for the price, it's okay. Can be recommended for alone travelers, not for couples or families.
