Nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, nice vibe with good deals on drinks, close to the bus stop and some of the attractions. I would stay here again.

Should have done my research”
It was a bit of a bad experience as I came from the same hostel in Hoi An and it did not compare. Very hot, no pool, the room I was in the aircon did not function when arriving, food not as tasty and very limited. It's an OK hostel but the disappointment was bigger as the previous hostel had hotel vibes.

Horrible ”
I couldn’t get sound sleep due to its neighbourhood clubs. The heavy sound of the clubs nearby vibrates the entire hostel building so badly the you can’t get the proper sleep at all. It goes till 3:30am. There were some other issues as well… we stayed at the Carnivale Block and its bathroom door was not even getting closed… getting locked the door was miles away. They make some fake attractive promises like unlimited beer, and discounted food prices or something but don’t believe them, they don’t follow it

rooms are older but beds still comfy and clean. It’s loud in the rooms at night as the street is right below the level where the dorms are and the doors aren’t very sound proof. Would be nice if there was curtains for the beds.

Good place to meet other travellers! Lots of social things going on at the bar and the staff are amazing. The tours and things that they organize are really fun too!

We were told there was AC but it was broken. We were in a dorm or 12 but there was barely room to move around/get to your bag. We didn’t stay the night we checked out early and we were not refunded.

Very poor experience, would not recommend”
The hostel is right next to a nightclub, the bass did not let us sleep. Check out is at 11am, but they cleaned the beds as soon as a guest left in the morning - at 9am, 9:30am and 10… Asked for soya sauce for my food, they would ask extra 10 VDN for that. Wifi did not really work, no hot/warm shower, staff was very rude. Bathroom right in the dorm was super annoying. Could be a nice place, but it’s not.

Beautiful area, lovely staff, good location and comfortable beds (we had a double room) and good breakfast. However, very noisy from clubs and bars next door so stay there if you want to join in on the clubbing or you sleep like the dead.

Very loud on the street as their are two of the biggest nightclubs next door, difficult to get sleep. Not much party at all in the hostel and not very social which was disappointing. The staff are nice and friendly, however numerous mistakes with requests for example an extra night which they then said wasnt available after confirming, charging extra for bus transfer that became sold out after they had already confirmed it for us and to top it off, selling us a "party boat Halong Bay cruise" for...

El personal no es demasiado agradable.No cuesta nada recibir a los backpackers con un poco de mejor humor. El Hostel en general es exageradamente ruidoso. Tuvieron que arreglar un baño de la habitación a las 2 de la madrugada y lo hicieron que muchisimo ruido y gritando. La localización es muy buena pero está justo en la misma calle de bares con música muy alta y (esto es personal) muy mala! Hay opciones mejores y más baratas a muy pocos metros de este hostel.
