Absolutely beautiful, hidden gem”
If this hotel was in a touristy spot, it would be fully booked every night. But, it's far from the madding crowd, so when we visited over Christmas, there were very few people there. We had the beautiful pool to ourselves, surrounded by jungle, with only the sounds of birds singing, monkeys hooting, and insects chirping. A lovely experience! The bedroom was spotless, large and luxurious, reminiscent of luxury hotels in Mauritius. The extremely large grounds of the hotel are lovingly maintained, and all the animals in the menagerie seem well looked after. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our baby loved them. Whether yo want a long family vacation, or are just stopping for a night on your Vietnamese bike adventure, this is a beautiful place to get away from it all and recharge your batteries.

Fantastic holiday, relaxed & enjoyed…..”
We booked 1 night at VietStar Resort & Spa. We got a nice room with comfortable bed and clean, facing to swimming pool, resort had the electric car to transfer guest to their private beach from resort only 10 minutes, beautiful beach, water is so clear and clean. We also explore their mini zoo, spa, especially driving range. Our children like it very much. The staff are friendly helpful and professional. They are always willing to assist when we needed. We booked half day tour excursion to Da Dia, Mang Lang Church…after we enjoyed foot & body massage at VietStar Spa. The resort have natural vegetables garden, very fresh and I love it, we had nice dinner set up with fresh seafood and very delicious, Grilled “Tom Dat” and Ocean Tuna are so impressed foods to us. The taste are so sweet and fresh that we never got it from our big city. Lovely and beautiful resort in Tuy Hoa, surely we will return in our next holiday.

A Gem in Tuy Hoa”
We are American ex-pats living and working temporarily in Tuy Hoa. What a delight to find the Vietstar Resort. It is lovely with every amenity you could desire. Our Suite Room was exquisite; the bathroom was an added bonus with the rock faced open air shower and soaking tub. The spa, restaurant and pool area are all 1st rate with a gracious staff. Seaside Tuy Hoa is only a short flight (1 hour +) from HCMC. Don't miss the opportunity to be a guest at the Vietstar Resort. The beaches in this area are spectacular and you may find that the only footprints are yours.

Perfect peaceful resort to spend time with your family getting away from the city”
The resort is located in Tuy Hoa and on a hillside so the view from the villa was beautiful looking down onto the beach and rice fields. The staff were very polite friendly and helpful when we called the reception desk. Our villa had a lovely swimming pool and kept us cool in the hot sun. The food is great and has vietnamese and weatern food , we ate in the restaurant the first night but it was so quiet and we were the only guests eating there so the next few nights we decided to order room service and eat in the villa. We never used the resorts large swimming pool and bar/coffee area as we were very happy having fun together as a family in our villa. I would recommend Vietstar resort to anyone looking for something more than a hotel holiday as you are surrounded by beautiful scenery and not a noisy city, its so peaceful at night looking up at the starts sitting outside.

Get away from noisy city life”
I was so impressed with the chef at VietStar, we love the food they served us. The location is a bit out of locations we would like to travel. The hotel staff were great, greeted us by our first names. The landscape is breath taking, the weather was poor due to storm and we were lucky we got half day of the sunshine. I can't wait to return once we can book our room right on their beach property. I felt our staying at VietStar was equivalent to my staying at the Ritz Carlton in Singapore, that how much I love this resort. Indeed, I am looking forward in my next visit to Phú Yen and VietStar. Tuy Hoa is a very small city, this resort is located for from the central area and is perfect for a private getaway if thats what you are looking for. the swimming pool is beautiful and the rooms are so nice. I stayed in a Bungalow Retreat and it was so great. The outdoor bathroom setting is very cool too. great value for money, and i would definitely come back

This resort is quite far from the city centre (10km), so if you want to explore the city & street foods, then it's not for you. But if you want a relaxing & peaceful place, this is the perfect place. It has good foods (though quite expensive as it's in a resort), excellent services with helpful & cheerful staff, a private beautiful beach (2km away outside of the resort, with free shuttle bus) and a natural & peaceful atmosphere inside the resort. If you can hunt for a good deal on Agoda, then it's definitely worth it. They even automatically upgraded the room for me without extra charges. Just 2 notes: 1) The room is not brand new (but well-maintained though), so do not compare with other new resort in town; 2) They usually have group visitors/guests from companies (can be up to few hundreds at a time), so I'm not so sure if it can still be that peaceful in that case. I fortunately checked out on weekday, and there was no group visitors at that time, so it's perfect.

Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, nhân viên ở đây đều nhiệt tình, hiều khách và luôn tươi cười! Bữa ăn sáng thật ngon, thức ăn đa dạng! Resort nằm trên núi Thơm (cách bãi biển khoảng 2km), nên resort có sẵn xe điện đưa đón khách ra bãi biển tắm. Đây là bãi tắm của resort, nên có bảo vệ và tủ cho khách giữ đồ cá nhân, và cũng có nhà tắm nước ngọt sạch sẽ tại đây! Bãi biển cực đẹp, sạch và êm ả, nước biễn trong xanh, mát mẻ! Gia đình tôi thấy thật tiện lợi, thật là một trải nghiệm thú vị! vừa được tắm biển trong xanh , vừa được dạo mát dưới tán cây xanh của resort rộng 44 ha. Đúng như slogan "Sáng tắm biển, tối ngủ dưới tán cây rừng". Chắc chắn chúng tôi sẽ quay trở lại!

great resort, wonderful view”
out of 3 weeks in vietnam, this place was the best resort we stayed in , Ms Einda was outstanding with her great personality and all the attention we received was like our own family, from all the great staff , we higly recommend this resort to everyone , tthanks to all managemen,Mr. phu the kitchen staff, the reception staff, and the cleaning staff and the guards in the premises everyone was very friendly, we will definitely return to this resort in the future.

Good place for Family who do not cling much to the sea”
The resort is wonderful. But it is located on a hill top, meaning it's very far from the beach (and the city for that matter). However, resort does offer free cart rides to-and-back to the beach, which the resort owns (meaning the beach services are free for staying guests). Staff here are extremely friendly. We booked 2 tours from the resort itself and the tours were very satisfying. The resort has a small zoo for some reason... It is also very nice walking around the resort, the trees, the flowers, and the birds are just beautiful.

Great Staff”
Very nice resort, set in lush garden setting. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Only downside is that it is quite far from Tuy Hoa city, about 10km. But if you wish for a nice quiet escape you could not do better.

Beautiful, secluded resort”
I gifted my parents with a night at this resort. It is far from the city, making it a great place to "get away." The only drawback is that it does not have easy beach access. I think the lack of beach access makes it a little overpriced, but the beautiful gardens and pool area make up for it.

Excellent staff service & great natural atmosphere”
We stayed here in 3 nights at 2 bedroom villa which has magnificent sea view. The resort is located around 15km far from the airport (not 4,6 km as agoda states), on a beautiful & natural hill, covered by wonderful flowers, trees, chatter...they have a small Safari with various kind of local animals that may entertain children much. Their private beach is a little far from the resort (around 4-5 km), but suttle bus is offered whenever you want. For the foreigners, they may be interested in going through a local village, market...to reach the beach. If you are the one who like privacy, peace & nature, highly recommend to spend your vacation here.

Romantic place”
Around 40 mins from Airport will be faster ehen new bridge opens. Postioned on side of hill sorounded by 100s of trees this resort is great for getting away from all your stress. Staff are all from poor village so they are very friendly ,many dont talk english but Management can. Nothing is to difficult to get just ask. Ok food the Restaurant is fine ive tried many hotels in vietnam and also as a chef i tend to be very critical when it comes to taste and value for money you pay. This resort can do better overal thats it . Breakfast Vietnam is not good at buffet style period. But this resort cooks breakfast for you hot and tasty no complaints there . Visit here tell them i sent you and Enjoy ....
