Beautiful Property, Impeccable Service”
Villa Amphawa is lovely property! The place is well maintained & the furnishings in the room are nice & cozy! There was even a bath tub in the toilet which is rare even in 5 star hotels!!! Only 1 issue, dental kits were not provided... The bed was comfy & the aircon was cold, just the way we liked it! The cable TV had few or just 1 English channel but it is ok as I did not go there to watch TV... I just needed some background noise & Fox Life was good enough for me... The staff are nice & helpful & the owner is always around to ensure that everything is in order. The breakfast spread is simple but sufficient. Will definitely stay here again if I am in Amphawa! Definitely worth a stay if you are looking for a charming, comfortable & cozy place for a vacation! :) Villa Amphawa gets 2 thumbs up! :)

Hospitality at it’s best.”
We have stayed in 21+ hotels in Thailand and the hospitality at Villa Amphawa is unbeatable. The owner and staff go out of there way to make sure you have everything you need. The hotel and rooms are cozy, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was great. My husband is vegan and they went out of their way to accommodate his diet. I can’t say enough good things about the owner and staff. The stay at this hotel is really one of the highlights of our trip. The owner even took us to a local market and a floating market and walked us through both. Since we don’t know the Thai language it was really a wonderful experience as he could tell us all about the food and anything we had questions about. He kept buying us stuff to try and I even had a butterfly pea drink that was served in a palm leave like they used to do before they had plastic. They even called to make sure we made it safely to our next destination. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I stayed at Villa Amphawa with my lovely taiwanese girlfriend on July. It was the most memorable hotel since we travelled together. The hotel was built as coloniel style and located in the green scenery atmotsphere. All staffs were very accommodate with a big smile on their faces. You can book some sightseeing tour with them accordingly too example a fire fly tours, and lucky me bcoz i see a thousands of it on the tour. Breakfast was fair but still have all you need for energy. Rooms was extreamly comfortable with a nice design. The only downside for my stay is at night time hotel wall will have a lot of house lizard and my girlfriend very scare of them but it make me can't stop laughing at her LOL. If have a chance to Amphawa i will definitely stay here and of course i will recommend Villa amphawa to all of my friends. Cheers!!!

Beautiful small and charming hotel”
This place is very beautiful a mix of modern and antique. The staff and the owner in particular were very helpful. I thought it was good value for money. My only criticism is the breakfast wasn't very interesting, but I don't usually eat breakfast so it was ok for me. Nice pool. I would definitely stay there again.

The top of service mindedness”
Very nicely decorated rooms. Cosy and clean. Quit. A pleasure to stay. The personell is exceptionally service minded and helpful. Beds was firm, if you like very soft beds not the place for you, we had a very pleasant sleep. Breakfast was standard fare, the serice and setting superb.

This is my first time stayed overnight at Amphawa and Villa Amphawa is the best choice you can get. The resort is clean and private while the staffs are so friendly and helpful.

Very clean and great staff”
A lot of times when traveling in rural-ish parts of Thailand, it seems impossible to find a clean hotel. This one, however, was spotless. No bugs or lizards anywhere inside. It's beautiful too - great architecture and very nice pool. Staff were super nice and gave us a lot of good advice. They have free bikes at the hotel, which is also great because the surrounding area is quiet and picturesque, so it's nice for a ride. At night we wanted to ride to a nearby restaurant and they were worried we would get lost, so one member of the staff rode ahead of us on a motorbike to show us the way. They even called the restaurant an hour later to make sure we were OK, and asked if they should come back to show us the way home. Really nice people!

The hotel is new and very clean with colonial style designs. Everything is good excepts that there are too many fries during breakfast and the foods are not covered for buffet. I think they need to cover the foods due as there are too many fries around.
