Family room was very comfortable and just nice for 4. A bunk bed and a king. Full size shower and shampoo gels definitely a plus to lighten ur travel load on toiletries Room was very clean and stylish. WiFi was 👍. Breakfast is delightful n has very good selection for all.. is similar yet different everyday (we stayed for 4 nights). Staff are all friendly and helpful. There are washers and dryers just outside beside the lobby which is helpful for long staying travellers. Vendng machines of food and drinks available. 24-7 buggy service to the drop off point and massage place is superb. You can call them once u are done and they will pick u up. For massage,I will recommend Foot Haven 👍 . Please do sign up for the complimentary Thai outfit photo taking .thank you to Som and Nam for helping us . We moved to another hotel cos they didn't have rooms for the rest of our journey which we truly regret as the other hotel is nothing compared to Vince! Hotel with a chic design that will make your stay more comfy. Rooms are clean with quite complete amenities. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Great location, near Pratunam market (there's shuttle car to drop you to the market area), also near to Ratchatewi BTS station. Walking distance to almost every shopping spot in Pratunam. No wonder this hotel is being tourist favorite. Always fully booked! Recommended if you looking for hotel in Pratunam.

The most exciting for getting this hotel is the free traditional costumes service! They are clean and you can take photos in the ac area instead renting at outside may cost a lot and yet you may get dirty clothes and too hot to take photos outside. Their location is a bit further in but it's totally Okay because they have free buggy!!! The staffs are friendly and helpful!!

Good place, clean and homey. If you dont like stay in crowd. This hotel is one of your option. Location is about 500 meters from pratunam market. But they provide buggy car for your transportation. They can deliver you to several stop eg: pratunam market, bts. Also they provide traditional thai clothes for the one who stay at vince hotel for free. We travel with elder and teen. Highly recommended! The hotel offered a lot of freebies which families will enjoy. Aside from the FREE breakfast included with our booking, they also offered free drinks, biscuits, and popcorn at the lobby while waiting for your FREE shuttle services to nearby attractions. They also offer FREE Thai Costume dress up and the attendant, Kik, was very helpful to us. Although the costumes are already smelly when we tried them. We have no complaints about the rooms, they were cleaned up every day. The pool area was also nice. The breakfast could offer more choices. The staffs are helpful, kind, and polite. Overall it's super highly recommended to those who are looking to stay at the Pratunam area.

An excellent hotel for a great holiday”
The hotel location away from the hustle bustle of popular shopping areas e.g. Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, etc. but it is very convenient to access these shopping areas which are within walking distance. Besides, it provides a buggy service for guests convenience. The staff we met are very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts at the hotel has varieties and are delicious over our 4-day stay. The hotel organizes a special activity everyday for the guests to try on their Thai traditional dresses (for both ladies and gents) with accessories. The staff will help you to take photos and email them to you. Several ladies (Kik, Som and Nam) are hand to help you to put on these traditional dresses. The hotel also organizes a small BBQ party for guests every Saturday; we were very lucky to be a part as we had checked in on a Saturday.

I traveled with my friend (total 2 of us) here, the hotel is clean and new. There is free shuttle service to nearby places and also the bts station. Nearby the bts got one korea food shop, it was nice!! The hotel also have free thai traditional costume wearing, my friend tried it! It was nice! The staff were also nice! A staff named Kik was helpful and friendly. She can speak english and chinese, she help my friend with the wearing and photo taking, nice! Will come back next time!

I have never met a hotel that can get full marks in my heart. This is the most satisfying one I have been to Bangkok so many times. •when you arrived at the hotel you can feel the hospitality and arrangement of their staff very warmly •don’t worry about the hotel and your destination, they have provided buggy services to take you to the nearby destination, which is very convenient walk about 5-15mins without buggy service to 7-11, cafe, massage shop, platinum fashion mall. The breakfast is so good, western, Thai style and vegetarian they have. Warm reminder , although it is delicious, but don’t eat too full, because there are still many foods waiting us in Bangkok. •In addition, the hotel also provide a special service, that is the Thai traditional costume photography. They have two pretty girls are Kik and Som, who carefully match cloths and jewellery for you and teach you how to pose. Highly recommend!!!

The hotel was clean and our superior room is pretty big. Breakfast was really nice with a lot of variety of choices from bread options, hallal food and vegetarian menu. The design is also aesthetic if you love to take puctures. The bit downside is that the location is 10-15 minutes walk to pratinum market & platinum mall, BUT... for my 3 day stay, I actually like that more since it feels less crouded and packed so 15 minute walk was nicer, or a Grabbike only cost 30-40 baht. Overall, very much worth the money!

The overall room and hotel cleanliness was beyond my expectation. Service staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast spread has wide spread of variety; catered to different age range and diets. The shower facilities in room is very good; water pressure and temperature were on point. Will definitely choose Vince for my future Bangkok trips.

Me and my family really enjoyed during we staying here for 6days 5night. The staff really helpful, friendly and attentive. Also i like their toiletries. Their swimming pool, the free bbq on Saturday evening. Superb! Breakfast food was good as well. Delicious. Will definitely come to stay here again. Vince hotel is the center of everything! Very accessible to Platinum mall, pratunam market, Central world, Big C. Rooms are clean with good breakfast. I would just like to suggest that the hotel has a first aid kit. I got dizzy and wanted to check my blood pressure but they dont have a BP checker.

We stayed for 4D and 3N. The area was peaceful and quiet, there were nearby spas, resto-bars, street food, and convenience stores. The hotel is very clean and modern. All the staff was very friendly, kudos to Ms. Farm and Ms. Gift, especially to Mr. Pond and Ms. Arrmy. Great value for money. Will check here again if we come back to Bangkok :)

Fantabulous Service, Affordable Price with Fantastic Location”
Vince Hotel has impeccable service. I can’t think of a day whereby I didnt encounter good service from them. All staffs were all smiles theoughout my stay. Stayed for total 6 nights eventually, 2 nights of which was extended on my 3rd night due to a family member being hospitalised. Hotel staff was accomodating and willing to hold on to rooms pending confirmation if we would extend. Furtheremore when leaving for the airport, i left my winter coat meant for another country in the cabinet and while rushing back made a call for hotel staff to assist in bringing the coat down to the lobby. they assisted in time of urgency. The hotel also has an extensive breakfast selection - all my days i ate there and nvr got tired of it. really affordable for the price and location with platinum mall and multiple shopping malls within walking distance. the only point of which we noted was when checking into the room we saw a live baby cockroach near the cabinet this was addressed quickly when we contacted reception and there was also some hair swept under the night stand. otherwise stay was pleasant and very satisfied for the price point!

Clean and Neat hotel, close to the shopping hub of Bangkok. They provide tuk tuk service to the Prathu nam market. Breakfast for Indian's (Veg) is decent, few dishes do come handy. Rooms are clean and service is decent. Would definitely stay again
