Central hotel with incredibly friendly helpful staff ”
Hotel has a great location near numerous food places and tailors. The reception staff are so helpful here and gave me many suggestions to maximize my stay in Hoi an. Breakfast is pretty good too. The pool located at the top level is small but great to cool off and relax on the sun loungers some of which are shaded if you prefer.

My battery was inputted backwards on my GoPro hero 7, the staff was able to pry it out of my GoPro without much damage to the camera. They were also helpful in showing us how to use the safe and offered to take our luggage upstairs when there are no elevator. (We stayed during the summer)

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, accommodated us in every way. Excellent buffe breakfast spread out. Walking distance to Ancient Town. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Love to come back and stay at the same hotel..

Good stay with them!”
At first our room air conditioner doesnt working. Then, the staff relocate us to another bigger room without extra charges. One of the shortcoming is the hotel got no lift.

Traditional hotel in great location”
The hotel is set back from the main hustle & bustle of the town which was great for a peaceful nights sleep. About a 10 minute stroll when walking in. The hotel had the biggest bed we’ve seen! It’s a little dated in places but still charming plus the added bonus of the rooftop pool which was excellent for a dip to cool off! Staff were welcoming & helpful.

Great little boutique hotel. Great staff and you can't beat the location. Breakfast is good I just wish they changed it up a bit for some variety when you are staying multiple day. It is a great value and an amazing stay. Well worth booking.

Very close to the center with many attractions around. I loved the small but nice swimming pool on the top roof. The decoration is impressive in the old style.

Lovely hotel of character in a good location, with charming staff and comfy beds.Also good aircon! The shower was a bit grotty and needed updating, but I think some other rooms have already had this done. Great to have a cool clean pool to use and breakfast was amazing.

Great location, friendly staff! This little hotel is great, and the rooftop pool is a winner. Only downside is that some of the rooms smell damp/musty, book a room with a window!
