On the river”
Good location, away from the busy streets but a quick easy walk to old town. Lovely view of the river and plenty of places to chill around the lawn and pool. rooms were a great size. We also had a balconythat looked out over the pool and river. Breakfast was quite good. Meals were cheap.

Perfect base to explore Hoi An”
Located on An Hoi, it's a 2 min walk into the UNESCO World Heritage listed Old Town. We loved the 'extras' that the hotel provided, the free street food experience from 4 -5 pm was so tasty and exactly what the littlest people in our family needed to get them through the witching hour. The boat ride into Old Town, conducted on the hour, was also a great way to ward off the heat and provided a novel way of getting into the heart of the town. It was a lovely place to stay with a baby and small child - lots of green space for the kids to run around and the staff went above and beyond to ensure they were happy and well looked after. We have been coming to Hoi An every year for the last 10 years and this hotel, it's amenities and location will lure us back for an 11th visit I'm sure.

Excellent location”
Loved this hotel. We booked last minute and were not disappointed. Quiet hotel will all the amenities. Pool, bar, coffee making class, Vietnamese food sampling, shuttle boats to town, sunset boats. Less than 5 minutes to the night markets, a little more to the old town. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location but very low budget Asia ”
Hotel is about 40mins from Danang airport and taxis/ transfers are around 300,000 Dong one way. We arrived at the hotel and check in was a mess, took around 2 hours to get us into the rooms we had booked and the right people in each room. The rooms are damp & smell very musty. House keeping are not great they tend to tidy rather than clean with any form of chemicals. There are not dehumidifiers avaliable so if you get caught in the rain I fully suggest the laundry service across the road (Mrs Thu) she is much cheaper than hotel service and very very efficient. She also hires scooters for a day. We paid 250,000 for 2 scooters and helmets. The location of the hotel is great to head into Hoi An Old Town. Only a few minutes walk and easily do able with small children. The restaurant breakfast has a good selection of different foods including and egg station which also makes ban Mi sand whiches to order. The coffee is awful though, very cheap bitter black filet coffee. We had lunch in the hotel on one rainy day and it was very good for the price. 5 meals with a few small plates to nibble and drinks was around $1,000.000 dong. In town the food is much better though and I would highly recommend dinner or lunch on the balcony of The Cargo Club - very traditional Vietnamese food & lots of other western dishes is you fancy a surf n turf on the side of your cau Lao! The also have a great kids menu for children under 12 - pasta , pizza, burgers, chicken and fries ect. Good Morning Vietnam is another great dinner choice - beautiful fresh pizzas and wonderful selection of pastas/risottos and great wine & drinks with AMAZING COFFEE! They also have an ice bar in the restaurant and well worth a try. We didn’t book excursions through the hotel as they were trying to charge way over the odds. Highly recommend going to coconut forest & basket boat ride. No need to book it’s always open and the ladies will literally meet you as soon as you start walking down the road.

The place is worn out and requires total refurbishment, everything is looking shabby, I’m sure it was wonderful 10 years ago but now it looks unkempt. The AC’s need replacement, presently noisy, not a comfortable stay. On the plus side it’s location is great, very convenient for the old town, mini marts, cafes. I will not return to this hotel. It could be a great place but...

Good location and friendly staff, however rooms had paper thin walls and smelled bad. No blinds so the light from the hallway shone through all night. Also be advised there are no elevators.

Asked to pay minibar even they didn't fill it”
House keeping didn't fill the minibar but frontdesk asked me to pay. Of course, I didn't pay and they found out it after a direct investigation considering me as a theft in front of them. No apology or explanation at all. It destroyed my vacation.
