Good service but bad experience when check in”
I came to Hotel around 2:10 PM on 1/1/2021 after playing at Vin Wonder. However, I took almost 1 hour for check-in and felt very tired and uncomfortable. This should not been happened at a 5 star hotel. Vinpearl should improve this step in the future. Besides, other services are good.

Great pool, nice beach, great room but the food and the Amusement park is too expensive which is 700.000 vnd/adult for the buffet dinner(quality is so so) and 880.000 vnd/adult per entry even my mom 75yo and can’t walk just look around but still pay full price.

A nice looking resort but you are stuck”
Not many choices for food. Only 2 restaurants or room service(although room service was not bad). Towels were not clean enough, one time it smells like puke. Ordered a car to go to golf course late for 20 minutes. I would have expected more from this.

Vinpearl staff are usually very kind and seem to do be doing their best. However, you will feel like you are almost paying for their trying best, but not for their best quality... The room we stayed had quite a few of trouble. Aircon started to make breaking sound, key pad did not work, and tap water was discontinued for hours and came out Yellow after fixing. It cost us so much time of going back to the front dest and talking with the staff. Even all these troubles, the staff did not know how to compensate properly, so we had to wait long to get changed to a new room. There are also hidden prices such as extra fees for children. So our stay per night including the tax was around a bit more than $300. The beaches and the pool are pretty nice. The views are nice. I would recommend trying other 5star hotel chains with experience such as Hilton, Intercontinental, etc. Although their basic rate is higher, no hidden cost and the total fees come down to the same.

Not a resort. Just a messy place.”
I went on monday and tuesday but two crowed. You have to wait too long at the checkin lobby at the dock. Then wait for the ship. Then queue and wait for tuk tuk car. Then checkin again at the resort. Buffet was just a mess. My room is not sound resistance, I can not sleep because I hear next room clearly. The Vinwonder park is just like copy of Singapore but so bad. And they continue destroying the island by constructing too much. I never go back and never do any Vinpearl again. So sad.
