Very excellent stay”
We have a 3BR apartment with garden view for 2 nights. Everything went smoothly, from checkin and during the stay to checkout procedure. The staffs are very polite and helpful. They tried to fulfill most of the requests as far as they can. The apartment itself is spacious, garden view is not bad since you can see the sunset nicely. Also, the tuk tuk drivers are very helpful and responsive. They were working very hard so please give them time to pick up. The breakfast is ok. We really like the Banh Mi there, which is small enough so we can try without hesitating about not being able to try other food. Some selections are also alternatively changed day by day so guests staying longer donot feel bored. Just a recommendation for future guests: if you plan to stay here, please do your planning in advance and try to maximize your time spending around Vinpearl, which has a lot of activities like Safari, VinWonder and Grandworld. The resort will be a bit far off the town, so it would be best suitable if you plan a relaxing vacation instead of discovery vacation. Recommended for big family with kids and elderly.

I booked pool villa but I couldn’t use or enjoy the pool it was not cleaned before they gave to us. We found lot of bucks and insects in th pool my mistake is I didn’t complained to the reception to change the room or clean until I check out I was upset when I informed them they didn’t apologize also anyway I still recommend this hotel it is very good maybe it bad luck for me

My family and I had a great time here. The villa was spacious and the buffet breakfast was so good, with many different options to choose from. However, I think the wifi internet connectivity could be improved. But other than that it was enjoyable overall.

We were 3days at 3bed ocean front and 3days 4bed at lake view. the ocean view was amasing. the room were very old. The restaurant was not bad. but there was just 3 restaurant. if there were more food situation it would be more satisfyed.
